Answer:	I just received these pillows today and they fluffed up very quickly! I followed the directionsto shake, squish, etc., and they fluffed up beautifully! Answer:	I was extremely allergic to these... took me a while to figure out that it was these but 100% sure... felt like I couldn’t breathe, violent sneezing, nonstop blowing of nose, at one point thought I was going to die. Answer:	I would spray lightly, with spray paint can maybe 12" from wall pops to prevent runs and keep it from getting to thick . . . spray lightly using 2 or more very light coats. I was not patient enough and it got too thick in places and ran in others. When I did the light coats, it came out much better.
