Answer:	You don't need to remove it! I've used mine without any problems. The cover is flat and, when replaced properly, you'll never notice it. That's the secret. Make sure it's replaced properly, and sleep on the opposite, smooth side. I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!

Answer:	Assuming that the flat side is facing down, locate the two stabilizers (the 2 "humps" will be facing up). Look for the seam where the two sides (top & bottom) are sewn together. Look at the OUTSIDE seam which is closest to the "humps" and farthest away from the back of your neck. Directly beside one of the humps and sewn into the seam (so it's nearly invisible, there is a Very Small piece of metal which kind of flops around (almost looks like a small earring). That's the "pull" (or "slider"), so gently pull it open (in line with the seam), remove, wash, and reinsert pillow when dry. You did it! Now you can keep enjoying your nice, clean pillow! ☺️

Answer:	I have used these pillows ( Firm level- King) for almost three years now. And they are still very firm. the firm is great for back sleepers the like to watch TV. When I sleep on my side it is actually a little too firm. And that is without folding, or scrunching the pillow up. as for the 650 number, I believe the firmness with this quality of pillow is in the ratio of goose to duck blend. I wouldn't get hung up on the number. Trust me the firm is quite firm..
