Answer:	I have a very sensitive digestive system and I'm on medications that leaves me constipated. I've been taking Miralax for about 4 years now. My recommendation, and remember I have a sensitive digestive system and this is what works for me, just take one dose and see how long it takes to get you moving again. Once I finally established I was regular again, I take Miralax every other day. This works perfectly for me, I fell very comfortable and functioning normally. Miralax is very gentle! Because it naturally absorbs enough water and not too much to get you going again. A laxative artificially stimulates your lower intestine and colon which causes cramping in most people and just an overall uncomfortable feeling. Miralax is not a laxative!
