Answer:	I had the same question. In my case I wondered because my projector came with a 'Quick Start Guide' in a plastic bag that was labeled ML550 but the ML550 was crossed out with a black marker. All I could find was that the serial number on the bottom of my projector did match the label on the box that the projector came in. That label listed both the model number and serial number. Alternately you can go to the Optoma website and click on the 'Support' tab and then select the 'Model Number Locator' and enter the projectors 17 digit serial number. Answer:	My screen is a 128" screen. You will need 122" from mount to mount. I painted and mounted two 24" 2x4 pieces of wood so that they were mounted to the 2x4s behind the sheet rock. I then mounted the screen to the wood. You can't see the wood behind the screen. This also allows us to have a picture on the wall that the screen then covers when it drops down.

Answer:	Dear customer Thanks for your inquiry:) WOWOTO H8 Projector uses 3D DLP technology, which means you need use 3D DLP active shutter glasses, and then download the 3D film source, play it, you can enjoy 3D view. Doesn't support any online(Youtube) 3D video. Because only with projector itself native video player, 3D view will be achieved. That's why you need download the 3D video to play. Question:	Is it work in light room? is it work with tablet or samsung note 9? could i use usb with? how is wifi work
Answer:	It can work in light room, but works best in the dark room. It works with tablet or samsung note 9, smartphone resources can be sharedit can be shared wireless screen via Ushare. It has 2 USB ports on the projector and you can directly connect wifi.
Question:	Exactly how do you play 3d movies on this? Can you connect a 3d player to it to play the disc. I don't understand the part that says download it
Answer:	You need to connect a blue ray player to it and put in a 3D version of the movie you want to see and then select 3D on the projector or remote if it is there and select 3D sbs (side by side) or you can download 3D mp4 sbs movies from a licensed movie download site and connect your device you downloaded it to and select sbs on the projector or remote and if you can save the mp4 on a flash drive or portable hard drive you can connect locally using the USB port and clicking the media button and selecting the drive again when playing you have to select 3D on the remote and select sbs and that's it.

How to Mirror My Device Wirelessly?

Connect to iPhone/iPad?

1. Connect your iPhone/iPad and your projector to the same wifi network.

2. On your iPhone/iPad, swipe up from the bottom if your screen to open Control Center.

3. Tap Airplay, click projector's Imirror, tap the ID you find here to your device, then stream content to.

Connect to Android device?

1. Connect your phone and your projector to the to the same Wi-Fi network.

2. Use your phone to download and install the Ushare Application by scanning the QR-code from Ushare app or visiting the website shown on the bottom of the projector screen; also shown on the bottom left of the Home Screen. Or send to us to get the apk.

3. Enter installed Ushare app on your phone and connect to the device name shown on bottom left of the Home screen, then select the content you want to project.
