Answer:	Whey concentrate is not solely comprised of proteins, it contains other substances like fats/sugars/etc. Thus, of the 31g of Whey Concentrate there exists 23g of protein + 8g of other, useful, macronutrients. If you want more protein go for whey isolate, it is further processed to increase protein concentration. This is done at the expense of ridding the supplement of other macronutrients(sugars/fats).

Answer:	I take 2 shakes a day after work out in the morning and later at night instead of a full meal... I mix it with yogurt and liquid for the morning shake and get 30 days from each 4lb container. Answer:	I have not had any problems skin wise. Also, Fairlife IS real milk. It is just filtered differently to increase protein and reduce lactose and milk so if milk has a tendency to increase acne for you, you may want to stick with water.
