Answer:	Even at Walgreen's, pills change size and shape from time to time. But my purchase in April, 2019 had .31" diameter pills, .175" thick at the edge and .24" thick at the middle of the round tablet. I agree that they are small for multivitamins. They are smaller in diameter than the old shiny-red One-A-Days, but are thicker at the center. I think my very elderly mother will much prefer these, although they have smaller quantities of some of the vitamins.

Answer:	Dr Tobias' line of vitamins is very good, however it is not entirely food-based or a natural. Several vitamins listed are the synthetic form. Note that the claim of "entirely natural" or "completely food based" is not made. Nor is there listed the amount, in milligrams or otherwise, of the total foods that are mentioned on the label. I would like to know, for example, how much milk thistle is in this product, etc. The bottom line is that the vitamin, while containing a wide range of healthy fruits and vegetables, is not entirely natural or food-based. You might want to look at Vitamin Code or Mega Food or other brands that are 100% food-based. One of my children is very reactive to synthetic vitamins, which makes finding a truly food-based vitamin very important to me!

Answer:	It should be on the actual bottle when you buy it. But as a reference, I ordered mine August 2016 and the expiration date is 11/2018. So I'm guessing maybe you should have a two year shelf life. Hope this helps :)

Answer:	You can go to http://www.devanutrition.com/ and do a supplemental facts comparison. Basically, the older one provides a higher level of almost everything but especially of those vitamins and minerals that tend to run low in a Vegan diet such as: the whole B complex specially B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc. The new one seems to be more of a prenatal formula, hence it has a much lighter dosage. The tablet size of the new one is also significantly smaller than the old one. I tend to run low in B12, D, and Iron and so I find the old formula more suited for my needs. I have been taking it for a couple of months now and so far so good.
Question:	How big are these tablets? I have a difficult time swallowing some pills, so how big are they compared to a 500 mg Tylenol
