Question:	I ordered the 2 pound container. I opened it and don't see a scoop and the powder only goes to about halfway up the container. Is this normal
Answer:	After you open it and take out the scoop, close the container an shake it up and down for about 10 seconds, it will fluff back up to about 3/4 full.
Question:	Does this product work well for losing weight
Answer:	If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question:	If I were to make protein shakes with single serving size portions about 5 days/week, how long do you think a 2 lb container would last me? 5 lb? THX
Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will consuming more whey (protein) help my rotator cuff tear heal
Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	I haven't experience that with my product. I'll double check. First time I heard about this worm and bug issue. ðŸ`€

Answer:	As long as you're getting enough protein from various sources, supplementing with any whey protein isolate will help with overall muscle gains as well as soreness. For example: my husband is drinking one shake a day made with this product and he is building lean muscle quickly (like hes nearly ripped after 7 weeks, ridiculously fast!). Though he is a beast and his body type has a lot to do with the way he builds muscle. I however, am drinking a different brand whey protein isolate (because I cant stand the sucrose taste of Dymatize). I am building lean muscle as well, but I am a woman. My body is more susceptible to storing fat. At the end of the day, there are a ton of really good protein options out there, people should enjoy their supplementation which is why taste is so important.

Answer:	Why are people ganging up on the OP asking the question? There is a reason that most retail companies selling on Amazon and why Amazon themselves have return policies. It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. Look, me personally? I am with Serge Stiles in that if a protein powder, meal replacement, or other edible supplement tastes really bad, I suck it up and eat/drink it anyway. So long as it's healthy. Ha! Anyone who thinks these newfangled supplements taste bad, I would love to put you in a time machine and have you drink some of the most vile and disgusting tasting protein powders you can imagine! Answer:	Hmm, I've heard Vanilla is really good. I haven't tried it yet but I'd imagine it's less sweet than berry. Have you thought of the mocha flavor? It's super delicious and definitely not very sweet, just creamy!

Answer:	If you're question is whether or not this is a "pre workout" drink - it's not. It should be taken whenever you would need PROTEIN not necessarily exclusive to "recovery". Early morning with breakfast, after workouts, or in the evening as your last meal.

Answer:	Without going into too much detail there are some added ingredients like tart cherries and turmeric. The new formula has more bcaa's however, to me the original formula tastes better and the original formula has less calories which matters to me. The new formula has 5 more grams of protein than the original, but for me that's not worth the extra calories. Hope this helps.

Answer:	In the 'Directions' section of the label, one serving is described as a rounded scoop. That's the same as a heaping scoop. Flattening out the powder on the scoop provides less.

Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Answer:	I love this protein powder, but recently discovered it failed several tests in 2018 for arsenic and lead/cadmium levels. It was too high in both. Google the independent studies for protein powders and you will see it got an overall rating of 3 stars out of 5. What lowered this from 5 was the presence of arsenic and lead and or cadmium. These things are found in the soil of even Organic products.
Question:	Does it really taste good? Does it taste chalky at any point or does it have a Stevia aftertaste
Answer:	I just started drinking the chocolate protein powder for breakfast this past week on my way to work. The only other products I have to compare it to are the Garden of Life Raw Meal Vanilla and Chocolate SlimFast. To me, SlimFast tastes the best, but I think it's because it's cow-milk based. Secondly would be Orgain Chocolate. I do not find it chalky--I always use Almond Milk--but for me there is a slight aftertaste. It's not horrible and does not linger at all, and the chocolate creaminess definitely makes up for it, I find it really tastes great for not being cow-milk based. Don't even try Garden of Life Raw Meal, that stuff is disgusting.

Answer:	In short, Extreme Chocolate tastes and mixes better if you don't mind the extra 0.5g of fat and extra ingredients. I bought both flavors and tried exactly 1 scoop in 7 ounce of water each. I mixed both with a cup and spoon and mixing the Extreme Chocolate took only a few seconds with very little effort. The other took about 3 minutes to desolve as much as the other. I tried book side by side and the double chocolate tasted so watered down and a bit bitter that I need to force myself to drink it. Then, I drank the Extreme chocolate and the drink was smooth and sweet. FINALLY, a protien shake I could drink with pleasure. Hoped that helps you and others reading this!

Answer:	I take 2 shakes a day after work out in the morning and later at night instead of a full meal... I mix it with yogurt and liquid for the morning shake and get 30 days from each 4lb container. Answer:	I have not had any problems skin wise. Also, Fairlife IS real milk. It is just filtered differently to increase protein and reduce lactose and milk so if milk has a tendency to increase acne for you, you may want to stick with water.
