Answer:	This might be above my pay grade. In your case you want anti-seize. This may not be electical conductive, but for the threads, unless you want to put tons of torque on the plug. You want the anti-device 80078. However, for the conductive part like on spark plug high tension cable use di electic grease to keep water out and conductivity high.

Answer:	There is no weight limit because it is placed on the floor in front of you

Answer:	It doesn't make additional noises other than the sound of the pedals turning, so it's pretty quiet, and on the level of "white noise." You can't hear it at the same time as a fan. It doesn't slip much with the anti skid pads in place, but I put extra padding under it. I don't know how tall it is, but at my height, I had to really focus to keep my knees from banging on my desk and I'm 5'8", if that helps.
Question:	How does it hold up in the long term? After 6 months or more is it still okay operationally and mechanically
Answer:	About every 3 weeks I had to increase the adjustment knob about one-quarter turn clockwise (CW). So I realized that the friction belt was gradually sretching. After about the first 6 months I had finally reached the CW limit of adjustment. Thus, it then became necessary for me to go inside the machine and retention the belt via its plastic cam-lock. I have since learned to avoid belt stretch by relieving belt tension after each use by turning the adjustment knob CCW until there is practically no resistance. The downside is that now each time I want to use the machine I must reset its resistance to my desired level, which takes but 5-10 secs.

Answer:	I do not know if you have to worry about rust, it does not look like it would be a factor. The bigger factor is the bearings. Quality outdoor petal bearings are probably sealed better against dust, dirt and water in that environment vs these petals that are designed for indoor. Looking at the petals I do not know if it will be a factor
Question:	I know I need a 1/2" thread but what are the dimensions of the pedal itself? I have a bike with 12" wheels and need the smaller pedals
Answer:	Petals shafts are pretty much standard for ALL bikes, stationary and mountain, cruiser, road or racing, at 1/2 or 9/16 inch threads. I do not know how much you weigh, but if you do not bend regular petals, you shouldn't bend these. Also, since this petal has a strap, you center your foot on the petal reducing the possibly of putting all of you weight on the outside of the petal. I think you should be fine.

Question:	is it for strengthening the quads
Answer:	I've used mine for 2 days now. I basically pedal for an hour on resistance level 3, and then take an hour break while standing at my desk. (trying to avoid sedentary sitting). According to the DeskCycle website calculator, I'm burning around 190 calories each hour that I use the machine. So if I pedal for an hour & alternate that with standing for an hour throughout my 8 hour day, then I will have pedaled a total of 4 hours each day and burned almost 800 calories total! As long as I don't pig out on a bunch of junk food, I anticipate that I will lose a bit of weight if I stick to this plan as many days during the week as possible. I'll try to remember to come back and post my results after this first month. :)

Answer:	I don't know this terminology, Joe, but as the pictures show there are two pairs, each with a left side and a right side, and the notches on the short end are perpendicular to the strap, while the notches on the long end are diagonal across the strap. As for fitting, aren't all pedals pretty much the same as far as the two T shaped protrusions to attatch the straps? I can tell you this with certainty--these replacement straps have by sar outlasted the ones they replaced!
