On top of everything, the shirt fabric is thinner and stretchier than most, but also made sturdy enough to hold up contrary to popular questions. The sleeves can be rolled or pushed up, the dollar can be worn down, and if the sleeves are down, one can unhook the Velcro cuffs to allow air access into the arms, the shirt matieral is very soft and comfortable like a lamb skin condom, the shirt also allows a great amount of space for your arm pits so sweat is no issue. Answer:	Worn it on several ruck marches and several combat training events, would definitely recommend. However I would recommend buying a size larger than what you would normally wear. The torso length is a bit on the small side. I’m 5’ 9” and 170~ lbs and the shirt is prone to coming untucked from my pants and sliding up my back. Especially when wearing a plate carrier or under a heavy bag. Also would recommend washing it a couple times prior to wearing it to soften the ripstop-style sleeves and collar. Out of the box they are very stiff!

It is a little big in the sleeves and the stomach is a little tight. So-it would depend on your physique (six pack or like my 12 pack) on the size you order.
