How to Properly Take Your Measurement?

• Fit the cuff around your bare left upper arm, do not place over clothing.
• The cuff should be placed so the lower edge is about 1 inch above the bend of the elbow.
• Remember, do not take your measurement as soon as you wake up.
• You can prepare for the day but don't eat breakfast, take medication, or exercise beforehand.

How to Measure Your Arm Size?

The ideal cuff bladder length is ≥ 80 percent of the patient's arm circumference. The ideal cuff bladder width is ≥ 40 percent of the patient's arm circumference.

• E3 - Error appears during the process of inflation. Answer: Check if the cuff is wrapped properly, and make sure the air plug is properly plugged in.
• E5 - Abnormal blood pressure. Answer: Please repeat measuring after relax for more than 30 mins or to consult your doctor.
