Answer:	I have not used the floor cleaner on wood furniture, but Method has also products specifically made for wood furniture. I have used those on my wood furniture, both the cleaners and the polishing, and they are amazing.

Answer:	On the bottle it does say that it is made for sealed wood and laminate floors. So unless the 'clear stain' which i'm guessing is a weather seal product then you should be okay to use it as long as it set for the allotted time needed to seal correctly.

Answer:	I have not personally used it this way (I just squirt & mop) but other people have used it with spray mops and have had no issues. I would think that the sprayer with a steam mop would work just as well.
