Featuring V-shaped blades, this slicer is perfect for easy and efficient slicing of a variety of fruits, vegetables and cheeses. It includes 4 stainless steel blade inserts, a food guard, and clear catch container. The blade inserts snap into the slicer and the hand guard fits inside for space-saving storage.

Caution

Blades are sharp. Use safety gaurd at all times and do not slice remaining food without the hand guard. Keep fingers away from blades.

Care Instructions

To clean, wash carefully with mild detergent and warm water. Do not clean towards the blade. Towel dry immediately.

Step 1

Selected desired blade and slide it into mandoline slicer frame. For julienne slices, turn over the small, top insert to reveal the blades.

Step 2

Insert your fruit, cheese or vegetable into the hand guard by pressing down on the textured disk, inserting the prongs securly into your desired food.

Step 3

Anchor one hand on the comfortable, ergonomic grip at the rear of the slicer. The non-slip base will ensure that the slicer will not move and provide a safe cutting surface.

Step 4

With firm pressure, gently slide up and down past the blade creating even slices. The clear catch container allows you to see how much you've cut. The guides on the hand guard allows you to cut virtually every bit.
