I pay about a $ per for Abri-flex but they can absorb 4 pints (I like to speak in beer measurements😊) so I don’t use more than two in 24 hours.

Answer:	Yes they can. You can urinate up to two times without leaking. It's more a matter of how much urine you produce than the number of times you go. So if you're a slow leaker, you can wear them for hours without a problem. If you go full force, change them after the second time to be safe. I buy these for my brother in law, who has Parkinson's, and he generally changes them every four to six hours, depending on how much he drinks. He lives with me and these underwear are a God Send!
