Answer:	Absolutely! The included dust mop pad has two types of microfiber; looped fringe yarn to collect larger debris and dense cut microfiber in the interior of the pad to collect finer dust and dirt.

Answer:	After you wring out the mop, lay the blue side down on the floor, the white side will be facing up, place the mop head onto the white side and push lightly. There are strips on the bottom of the mop head that act like velcro, but not as course as velcro. The mop adheres to the mop head quickly, easily and with very little pressure. It stays on until you pull it off, using the tab to clean the mop. Hope this answers you question.
Question:	how do you know which replacement pads to buy. and can you wash the dry dust pads
Answer:	You get two pads and a dust pad with the mop. I washed the pads in the washing machine, I have not washed the dust pad yet, but it is sturdy and looks like it should not be a problem to wash. The regular pads are sturdy and it depends on how much you mop whether you really need replacements right away.
Question:	how do you get this wet usually
Answer:	Alora, I normally just get this wet in the sink and use it either with just water, or sometimes, with vinegar. I then rinse and wring it by hand in the sink until the water is clean. FYI, it is recommended that when this becomes dirty enough to wash, do not wash it with cotton towels. The lint will make the microfiber less effective.

I have other brands that called their brands (Shark, Bissell and others) that said they were cleaners or sanitizers and all they did was much around hot, dirty water. The only difference between them and mopping is that they were easier to push around, the water remained hot, and you were not bending over to wring it out. Even the ones that said they dried the floors, did not unless you went over them at least at least three times (it varied, depending on the humidity level). There is nothing worse than pulling up water that is not clean after you have used the machine at least twice. It is discouraging and disgusting. That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish.
Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Answer:	I would test first. I used this for years in my house cleaning company to remove light hard water stains, but we also used it on tile grout and it did an amazing job breaking down the build up. You have to rinse it off really well too. Never ever use on metal.

Answer:	This count-down timer switch is rated to control a maximum of 20 amps in resistive/inductive load. An electric ceiling heater is typically a resistance-type heater; so long as your Broan model is rated at 20 amps or less, the timer should work fine.
Question:	How long is the handle? I have a spray mop but have to lean over to use it, very uncomfortable, and I'm not tall
Answer:	As John stated, this controller uses an electro-mechanical relay which is your best bet to control a light load. The contacts aren't likely to be gold plated, so you may run into long-term switching reliability, but contact wiping and higher voltage driving your load should overcome this type of issue. I have used a lot of these for light loads at 120 VAC (23 watts) and never had a relay buzz issue (for what it's worth). I think you'll be fine... actually, you don't have too many choices without building your own or modifying the product.
