Answer:	Yes. I have a medium size dog with a 20" waist, and with the 6 areas of adjustment I was able to customize it to fit her.

Answer:	I found that these couldn’t really contain that much liquid and would leak if my dog voided her entire bladder. It did ok at keeping her solid BMs in though. Personally I end up using children’s diapers the most because they are more absorbent .

The design is such that you can tighten it in 4 places by pulling the ends and buttoning each as tight or loose as fits best. Answer:	Rose with Pedag USA: Holiday is semi-rigid and helps keep feet in correct alignment. For those with moderate alignment concerns Holidya should benefit you. If you have very high arches and a great degree of over-supination you may not benefit from a semi-rigid orthotic because your foot is already too rigid in the mid-foot. The more flexible support in our item Relax may work better. Relax also has a heel cup that provides stability. Pedag makes two items for over-supinators: Correct Plus and Correct. Over-supination with or without high arches is much less common than over-pronation. Hence, there are very few over the counter items made people with these issues.

Answer:	To measure the largest part of your dog's waist, use a measuring tape and measure right in the front of the dogs back legs. If your dog has a lot of fur, add 1-2 inches to the measurement. See chart on package to choose the perfect fit for your dog.

Answer:	I found that my female dog had a hard time keeping them in place. I have a chihuahua. The one I use for my male chihuahua works great. The female version has a spot for the tail to go thru. which made it sit very low and start to sag. I think the female diapers should be a lot bigger so they sit higher. These sat right at her thigh which made it hard to stay in place when she moved.

Answer:	You would want to order 2 - 2 1/2 sizes smaller then street shoe size for women. I would suggest a 5 or 5.5 to order. Thanks

Question:	If i am a USA size 8 street shoe should I order a size 6 here? Even though there is a US next to the size
Answer:	Yes, I think so, as they are very dainty and slim. You may; however, have to use some sort of adhesive since they may slip around if worn on sandals.
Question:	The ones that are width c/d - are they actually width c or width d? these shoes come in 4 widths (a-d) so this is very confusing
Answer:	they are pretty thin I would say you can use them with your existing soles. I use them in my flip flops. I have found them useful and will most likely buy more
Question:	What does the “n”, “m”, “b”, and “d” stand for in sizing
Answer:	I don't really know how they would work for a long distance runner, but they have been the most helpful insert I have found yet - and I have tried many. I don't know what your foot issues are exactly but if I don't put these in my shoes, I can tell within a few hours.
