Answer:	I have only used it on my shoulder, while sitting up. I'm sure you can lay on it and sleep with it. It stays cold for a while, so you would have to remove after the chill wears off.

Answer:	I like to heat water in a pan on my stove top, then once it begins to boil I remove the pan from heat, stick the pack in and out the lid on. About 5 mins or so in that hot water is enough! I’ve found the microwave will heat packs but also since it’s radiation it destroys at least a little of whatever goes in it, each time. So everything wears out fast when it gets heated in he microwave. I haven’t found one of the therapy packs ever really wear down with the hot water method- simply some loss of color in some packs a blue vinyl type outer. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I use it 15 minutes on and 15 off. I initially allowed it freeze overnight. After that I use it for 15 minutes on and 15 off. I put it back in the freezer for 15 minutes and it's just as cold as when I first took it out of the freezer.

Answer:	They're all flat and most people can lay on them just fine - if too cold, just take a hand towel, run it in hot water, and then put it over the pack before laying on it - allows you to "ease" into the cold. Also, try strengthening your multifidus muscles for your back pain - see Jim Johnson's stenosis book.

Answer:	I have used these for years The reason they say don’t lay on it is more than likely the fact that the pressure forces more cold to the skin. I usually put mine in a pillowcase and wrap the e tea length of the pillowcase around the cold pack or place it inside a folded towel. I have never had problems. This is the way they used them for me in PT.

Question:	How long does it remain cold? This was asked already, with all giving positive answers, but there are dozens of people who say it only lasts 5-15 min
Answer:	10 minutes at best. Trying to ice my knee and have to use a wrap to hold it against my knee. Begins to lose it's coldness about 5 minutes in. Definitely looking to get a longer lasting one. A 20 minute icing is needed.

Answer:	I've already thrown away this particular bottle, but based on others that I've gotten, the expiration date is usually three or four years in advance. I bought another bottle somewhere else and if you want to look at the expiration date, there is usually a lot number on the back of the bottle like P105710 06/20, which means it is good until June 2020.

Answer:	I just measured mine and it’s 20.5 inches long by 11.5 inches wide. The company must be rounding up the actual numbers is all I can think of.

Question:	Is it hard to use for nek only and where is it manufactured
Answer:	I bought the one specifically for my shoulder & at 1st it was difficult to put on ( they're wad virtually NO instructions with it BUT once I looked more closely at the picture & how that guy had the strap, it was a piece of cake.
