Answer:	tbh sounds like you wear an 11.5 lol The shoes are narrow but I wear 11-11.5 and they are snug. so id say they won't feel too big but you will have a good amount of room in the toe. Unless of course the reason you wear an 11.5 in boot is because you have a wide foot? The only sizing issue with these is the toe box runs tight, which makes the whole shoe feel a little tight. if you don't have wide feet and 11.5 boot fits roomy on you, you, then these will fit pretty good.

Answer:	They're not supposed to brake as hard, although they can be adjusted. Disc brakes cover more surface area and provide a more stable braking experience than braking on the rim of the wheel. Consult your manual or google how to adjust them to your preferred braking stoppage.

Answer:	My best guess would be that this bike would not fit. As always I make my judgment leaning on safety first. Under the guidance of safety, straddle the top frame and stand flat footed on the ground. If you have an inch or two of space between you and the frame you are good to go. Based off your height I can not comfortably say this bike will fit but maybe you have a long inseam and in that case go for it.

Answer:	I have the Schwinn Ember (Sam's club version, same bike) I upgraded the rear shock to an Exa 382 coil with lock out 165mm eye to eye (750lb spring) and upgraded the front fork to a Rockshox 30 tk silver with a straight steered tube (again a coil). It made a big difference, no more pogo effect and a much improved ride.
