Answer:	Don’t think so. Not cold enough but this is not a good product. Not enough gel!

Answer:	I ordered mine in December so it came cold but was not on my porch longer than 20 minutes. It didn’t take long to get cold after my first use and I folded it into a nice little square to fit in the freezer so it had layers to go through but lay it flat and it gets cold pretty quick. I’m ordering 2 more now so I always have an extra since my daughter uses it as well. I laid it on my bed and laid on top of it until it was warm. I love this and seeing that I take meds that heat my body up, this will be great in summer when my internal furnace kicks in and I don’t want to freeze everyone else out by turning up the air conditioning. Buy it. It won’t let you down. Oh and it is not heavy like others this size. One felt like a lead blanket they cover you with for x-rays. This one is perfect.

Answer:	Are use it on my lips every day multiple times a day I transported it into a small container for lip balm. I really dry skin on my face so sometimes when I have a patch of dry skin I will add it to that as well but mostly I just use it on my lips. Question:	How long do you heat this in the microwave? There were no product instructions provided in the box
Answer:	I bought this ice pack 6 months ago and have used it 7 times for cold therapy only. unfortunately the pack began leaking in the center where they bind the material of both sides together. I really liked this one but will not be buying it again for quality and durability reasons.

Answer:	At least an hour but it was still cold . Best ice pack I have owned. Other ice packs don't stay cold as long as this one. Very pleased 4 1/2 star
