Answer:	No. If I had known there wasn't a place for them to rest their feet I wouldn't have purchased. my 20m old can reach the pedal just doesnt know how to use them so his feet drag on the ground. He loves the trike just I cant seem to get him to use it properly and it doesnt have a foot rest like other models.
Question:	Our bike makes "ticking" sound when I move it forward with push bar and pedals are locked - is it normal? Or we assembled it wrong
Answer:	It only makes the ticking noise when the kid's feet are on the pedals keeping the pedals stationary as you push. Not sure why they designed it this way. But if your kid puts his feet up on the wheel well, like my kid then the ticking stops.
Question:	Does this trike make loud noise going over sidewalks because of the plastic wheels? Trying to avoid the loud noise that her Step 2 car makes
Answer:	Not as noisy as the car, but sounds like plastic wheels on pavement. Also, if their feet are on the pedals, it makes a clicking sound if they aren't pedaling. None of this detracts from our enjoyment of the bike.

Answer:	Great question, nope! We have wooden floors at home. I do clean the wheels after outdoor use but that’s about it. It’s great for small spaces too! Overall we are extremely happy with XJD!
Question:	There is no clamp for the seat, where is the clamp
Answer:	I'm not sure, honestly. If you are referring the seat clamp lever then there is not one. You have to use an Allen wrench to losen and tighten the screw to adjust seat height. If its the whole clamp then I would contact the seller to inform them you never received it. That is of it isn't on the frame or bike seat bar already. Sorry, I hope this helps.

Question:	Can this be mounted both vertical and horizontally
Answer:	there are screw holes at the top and in the center. i suppose you could mount it either way at these two places, but there is no holes at the bottom so it's not designed to be mounted horizontally.
Question:	will this hold nintendo switch game cases
Answer:	No. Switch cases are much smaller and thinner. They will fall right out. These are designed for DVD, but a bluray case is only about half an inch shorter so they work for those as well, although youll find yourself aligning all the way left or right. Ps3/4 games (maybe xbox?) use the same cases as bluray so they work by proxy.
Question:	Would this fit Xbox One games or would they fall out pretty easily
Answer:	Yes Xbox One games fit. They are shorter than DVD boxes so they have some room to move left to right. But they won't fall out.

Answer:	Yes but cd's boxes are much smaller and thinner than dvd's. You'd be better off getting the CD rack.

Answer:	What they said about having the wheels all down and if you're by yourself, I found if you drive your knee into the side that has a cap and then put the cap in place on the other side and hammer with the other hand, you can get the rod to stay enough to get the cap on. I managed to do it by myself after coming here for advice and not having anyone else to help.

Answer:	I have this one set at 11” off the ground and it can go down about one more inch. It can also go higher by more than a other inch higher than current setting of 11”
