Question:	Is the 6.5x11 busy or flat? Looking for one to lay on for back pain
Answer:	They're all flat and most people can lay on them just fine - if too cold, just take a hand towel, run it in hot water, and then put it over the pack before laying on it - allows you to "ease" into the cold. Also, try strengthening your multifidus muscles for your back pain - see Jim Johnson's stenosis book.
Question:	Directions say don't lay on it, but I'm uncomfortable lying on my stomach (lower back issues). Has anyone had problems lying on it on a bed
Answer:	I have used these for years The reason they say don’t lay on it is more than likely the fact that the pressure forces more cold to the skin. I usually put mine in a pillowcase and wrap the e tea length of the pillowcase around the cold pack or place it inside a folded towel. I have never had problems. This is the way they used them for me in PT.

Answer:	No, it is used as a cold pack (filled with jell) only.

Answer:	I've had these large, medium & cervical cold packs since 2013. Kept in the freezer & use frequently for multiple shoulder, lumbar & neck pain & subsequent surgeries. They are all currently like new 6/19. They have kept me out of the ER for break through pain issues many times. My PTs all endorse & recommend these. Obviously, I do too!

Answer:	It may be a little big for your wrist, but I'm sure you could make it work (wrap all the way around perhaps?). I would certainly pull this out first if I injured my wrist and give it a whirl before I tried a new icing method! Good Luck!!

Answer:	You only need one wrap, but two ice packs means you always have a reserve pack to slip into the wrap and continue icing.
Question:	How long does it work
Answer:	Both cold and heat packs stay that way about 30 minutes. It is recommended you only use either for 20 minutes at a time so plenty of time to stay cold or hot when you need it. I think the cold pack takes a few hours to get really cold again in the freezer before you can use it again.

Answer:	The packs themselves are 5 inches by 10 inches. The strap on the cover is an additional 22 inches (elastic). It can fit almost anywhere.

Question:	Can you lay on these ice packs when icing your back
Answer:	I weigh 2228 and I lay on them with no problem. I did have one of the blue "pints of cold" burst, but that was after five years of use. The manufacturer replaced it with no questions asked. Just keep the box! The pack can come out of the freezer quite hard, but give it 15 minutes, and will start flexing nicely .

Answer:	CryoMAX is not designed to mold around toes- however, it is possible to place the bottom of your foot on top of your CryoMAX and fold the pack to cover the top of your foot. Question:	Has anyone used this for Coolsculpting
Answer:	I just bought them for that purpose after trying a few other ways to strap ice to myself. Unless you have a vest I don't recommend the big ice sheets, they melt in a half hour anyways. I am very pleased with this product because it is the right size and straps around so I can wear it on my back, stomach, legs. And still walk around. I"m about to write a review detailing exactly how I'm using them to try and burn fat off.

Answer:	If you are hoping to use your TheraICE Ice Pack for your knee, measure the circumference 2 inches above your knee. If you want to use it for other areas, measure the largest circumference of the area. For a size Small, it would be 9-12 inches. For a Medium, 13-16 inches. A Large would be, 17-20 inches. An X-Large would, 21-26 inches. When freezing your TheraICE Ice Pack, place sleeve in the freeze bag provided, or a ziplock freezer bag, and put in freezer for at least two hours. For heating, remove the sleeve from any plastic bags. Make sure the sleeve is at room temperature. Microwave for 10 seconds. If more heat is needed, continue to microwave in 5-second increments. Use caution; microwaves may vary.

Answer:	If it's a good fit, it should be fine for all day wear, but the ice pack won't stay cold all day. My physical therapist recommended icing my arm/shoulder three times a day for ten minutes each time, so I haven't worn it all day. I have a shoulder brace that doesn't have an ice pack and it's comfortable all day.

Answer:	I would not suggest you use any ice pack directly on your skin. All ice packs should be covered with something. When I use ice packs on my feet I always have socks on. I’m now in PT & from what I’ve seen, they always have something covering the ice packs. I hope this helps!
Question:	Do you need to dry the mask after you clean it
Answer:	Yes, you can start from the top of the patella for exact measurement. It's fabric and gel are stretchable and the sleeve includes a patent pending design with a special seal for maximum comfort. Answer:	They are wonderful for heat therapy as that is the only way I've used them so far. I put them in 700 microwave for 80 seconds and the heat lasts quite a while. I highly recommend this product.

Answer:	Mine are in the freezer 24/7. They're not as pliable, so they won't wrap easily.
