Answer:	The soles I bought were 12 men. My foot size is 12. Fit in shoe perfectly. I would recommend the equivalent of women size to men size.

Answer:	Just buy the larger size and trim to fit you shoes.

Answer:	They fit my shoes well so I didn’t have to trim them. They are leather so if you did trim them you would need specialized scissors that can cut leather.
