Answer:	Looked on the Orbit web site, discussion board - lots posted there about this subject: seems there is lots of frustration about Orbit not providing an ETA for google home/assistant compatibility. AND, again, according to Orbit's posts - they are not sure if google home compatibility will be a software upgrade or if WE WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW 2ND GENERATION UNIT.

Answer:	This is a definite yes. You can can control one or several plugs with several devices with smart phones using the Meross app or echo devices with “Alexa commands” or google home control with “ok google commands.” The Meross app allows you to name or rename each device you control. It’s all pretty flexible.

Will it get rusted after a long time use

Answer:

I've had mine for 3-4 years. The internal ball is an undetermined metal (to me). It is shiny and appears to be chrome. Chromed brass is the most likely material, but polished stainless steel is a possibility. The material that it rides within and seals the water is made of a synthetic material which could be Teflon or plastic. I have 2 of these nozzles. Neither leak. The handle is easy to turn and does not require a tight grip. As pricey as they are, since I am tired of all the junk on the market, the quality of this item is worth the cost to me. I will buy 2 more.

With a corrosion resistant stainless steel construction, the Lanchez 1 HP 1294 GPH shallow well jet pump offers performance to 26 feet depth of water at 65 PSI. This pump is equipped with an easy-to-carry handle, allowing you to carry it around conveniently. Featuring emergy-efficient motor with thermal overload protection, it also makes only a little noise when operating. Includes 420 shaft, heavy duty ball bearings, balanced motor, mechanical shaft seal and insulated motor windings and 6 feet cable. The sprinkler pump is designed for 115V, 60HZ.
