Answer:	Yes, they are for #8 screws. The dimensions are 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/8" thick at the widest point. Amazon's photo shows them as a rectangle, but mine were square.

Answer:	No they are not organic.

Answer:	I don't think tampons can expire, but I checked the box any way, there is no specific expiration. There are codes on the bottom of the box but I'm assuming it's just a batch number. If there is an expiration in the numbers it would have to be decoded.
