Answer:	Fill a bowl with water and soap and agitate in the water to remove any blood, skin, sebum in the device as always alcohol will not remove this. Be careful not to hit the needles against the sides of container, and then rinse with water. You can then leave it in 70% alcohol solution for several minutes, remove from alcohol and allow to dry. Clean with alcohol as well. This is the suggested method for the .5mm or greater, but still seems like a good idea.

Question:	How do I clean this roller after using
Answer:	It’s important to clean your derma roller correctly in order to prevent infection and roller damage. We recommend two procedures to clean your roller. The first procedure should be used after each roller use. The second procedure provides more thorough cleaning and we recommend performing it after 2-3 derma roller treatments. Procedure 1: Immediately after rolling, rinse the roller head under hot running water for a couple minutes. Do NOT place your roller into boiling water as this will damage the roller. After rinsing, place the roller head into a glass or a plastic container filled with disinfecting alcohol for 20-30 min. There should be enough alcohol to cover the roller head completely. We recommend using isopropyl alcohol that you can buy in a pharmacy store. Do not DROP the roller into the glass filled with alcohol. Place the roller into the glass very GENTLY. Dropping roller can damage needles (bend or blunt them). After disinfection, store the roller in the provided storage case. Procedure 2 (alternative): Immediately after rolling, clean the roller needles by brushing GENTLY with a new and soft tooth brush under hot running water. This will remove traces of dirt that Procedure 1 will not remove. It’s important to perform this alternative procedure after every 2-3 uses of the derma roller to prevent accumulation of dirt. After cleaning with the tooth brush, rinse the roller under hot running water and disinfect as described in Procedure 1. Do NOT use the tooth brush used for roller cleaning for teeth cleaning.

Answer:	Absolutely! It is a wonderful cooling oil, especially mixed work a little aloe. I let it soak into my skin at least 10 minutes after derma planing, gently wipe off the excess, and my skin just glows. Just because someone has a little certificate of skin care doesn't mean they know what's best for everyone ;)
Question:	Should I put my moisturizer on after or do I put it on with the roller
Answer:	There are two schools of thought on this topic. Some swear by applying moisturizer before rolling and keeping a well hydrated and slippery skin condition while rolling. However, we recommend using roller on a clean skin. When done rolling, gently wash the skin area and then apply a moisturizer/serum. If you choose to apply a moisturizer before rolling, you will need to apply it again after washing skin.

Question:	Why is this one cheaper than the purple case of the same model and brand
Answer:	After comparing the pink to the purple...the pink one has two bigger 0.29 Derma rollers. The 1200 needle and the one that is 12 needle, use for topical skin ( nose?). But I found out that I need at least the 0.50 or 0.75 or even bigger to work on wrinkles. Pink less in cost, bigger roller and nose thing. Purple offers less with higher costs.
