Answer:	You'd better not use the product if you have ear infection,hole in the eardrum, blood discharge from ears or any type of injury in your ear.

Answer:	If you are unclear on how to use this device I don't recommend you use it on yourself. Ideally, you should have someone inspect your ear canal with an otoscope. Subjectively, you will feel like one or both ears are plugged and your hearing will be reduced. To know the it is working, irrigating your ear canals will cause any wax to be expelled and be visualized in the basin. You will note an immediate improvement in your ability to hear and a reduction in the pressure the plug was causing.

Ideal washing lequid is mixed with 4 parts of warm boiled water and 1 part of Hydrogen Peroxide in proportion,if you don’t have Hydrogen Peroxide,warm boiled water can be an alternative.

Insert part of the ear injection tip to ear,spray some liquid in ear to soften the earwax,till you feel easy to insert the tip.

3.Flush Earwax Out

Using distilled water will ensure the no bacteria will enter your ears so theoretically, distilled would be the optimal option. Now with that said, the majority of people shower using tap water and the amount of water that enters the ear canal over several hundred showers a year will be more than a monthly cleansing of your ears using the Cleanse Right Ear Wax Removal Kit so the probability of bacterial infection caused by the kit using tap water will most likely be less. Additionally, if you use hydrogen or carbomide peroxide solutions in conjunction with tap water, this would negate the potential issues with bacteria entering the ear canal by another 98%. So, it all depends on your tolerance for risk when it comes to bacteria. I've only ever used tap water on myself and my family and it's never been an issue. I hope that helps answer your question.
