| Answer: | There is no dropper. The cap has a tiny plastic funnel inside the cap that I believe is designed to capture some oil and then release it by drops. It works about 50% of the time as designed, but it doesn't bother me because I just pour the capful out where I want it. Even with this less precise method the bottle has lasted a long time. |

| Answer: | Ants fear lemon oil. I had a problem with sugar ants coming in through a kitchen window. All day I tried almost everything I could think of (cinammon, vinegar, hot chili powder, etc) nothing was working. they were coming in as fast as I was placing the stuff. Finally, I don't know how lemon oil came to mind, grab the bottle, soaked a piece of cotton ball and placed it right on the spot the ants were coming in from. They were gone in less than 20 minutes. When the oil/cotton dried day later, they tried to comeback in, but quickly soaked another cotton ball and replaced the old one. It's been more than a month and haven't seen any ants around. | Answer: | This is the guideline that I use: 1 tsp. lemon extract = 1/8 tsp. lemon essential oil = 16 drops 1 Tbsp. lemon zest = 1/16 tsp. lemon essential oil = 8 drops |
| Question: | Does the 4oz bottle have a plastic insert, so you get 1 drop at a time, like most essential oils |
| Answer: | It’s been a while since you asked this question, so you may have found an answer to make dispensing your essential oils, without a drip top. I use 3ml pipettes, which are a tube with a bulb on the end. You put the end of the tube in the bottle, squeeze the bulb and release. Pull the tube out of the oil, and there will be oil in the tube. To dispense drops of oil, gently squeeze the bullb and drops will come out of the tube. I cannot guarantee that these drops are exactly the same size as the drops coming out of a dropper bottle. However, I know that I and many other EO users have been satisfied with the amount of EO they get from these pipettes. |

| Answer: | I fill a small spray bottle with the cheapest available vodka and a few drops of this oil and use it to clean almost every household surface. Smells great for as long as the vodka lasts -- at least a few weeks. Just give it a shake before each use. |

| Answer: | According to NOW Essential Oil Quality and Safety (http://www.nowfoods.com/Products/FAQs/M042887.htm):"A lot of people ask if our essential oils are edible. The answer for most is "Yes, but..." Essential oils are typically labeled For External Use Only as a warning to use them very cautiously, even such pure edible oils as those from lemon or orange peels." Be mindful that whatever health claims the manufacture puts on its website have not been evaluated by the FDA. While many manufactures of essential oils claim that their oils are 100% pure or all natural, these oils may not be safe for human consumption. The suggested use for such oil is for aromatherapy.
