Answer:	Some work areas like outdoors are already well ventilated, so skin and eye protection are mainly needed. Especially indoors, we still always recommend wearing full PPE when applying RMR-86. Answer:	Mold, whether in a colony or individual spore has the same cellular structure. This product is disruptive to that cellular structure. So once it is applied to mold, it cannot survive.

Answer:	Yes, this product cleans mold on all soft surfaces without damaging the fabrics or leather. However, it is not a bleach and will not remove dark stains.

Answer:	Add 4 oz. to a quart bottle, then fill with water. A 16 oz. bottle will make 4 quarts. We have found it to be more cost effective this way and we use a lot of it!

Answer:	I had a real stubborn block in my kitchen sink and I used two bottles of this product with no result. I then bought SCOTCH CORPORATION 1969 Hair & Grease Drain Opener A Non-Acid Formulation, 1 L, let it sit over night and my drain is flowing like brand new. Hope this helps. Question:	As apposed to wiping my kitchen ware like dishes and pans individually with Ec3, Can I soak a few of them together in a solution of this somehow
Answer:	It says it’s safe for all pipes and septic systems, if you have a problem and it destroys your pipes or toilet, chances are your pipes were close to being bad anyways but I would still contact the company and make them pay for damages assuming you can prove with a plumbing inspection that this caused your problem

Answer:	Yes, it does help. Depending on intensity of smell, can't guarantee. But, it does work very well.

Answer:	I'd recommend at least an N-95 mask. They're reasonably priced. If your cleaning mold from a room with a window in it, I'd recommend putting a fan near the window to draw the air OUT of the room while cleaning.

Answer:	Spraying seems to be the most popular way to apply this product. However, I paint it on the molded surfaces with a paint brush to be sure I get good coverage. This seems to save the product somewhat. So, if you paint it on, it should cover about as much as a gallon of paint with a single coat, 40 feet X 8 feet or about 320 square feet.

Answer:	Search for 35605 either here on Amazon or via Google/Yahoo shopping tab, you should be able to find four 1-gallon refill bottles for ~$50-$55 including shipping. One gallon is 128 fl oz. Expiration is one year, but more realistically it's fine for about 18 months from manufacture (so probably 17 months if you buy it direct from a retailer, given the hording situation going on). BTW, I've had better luck finding this in Home Depot, vs. Walmart or any grocer (much like the N95 masks back in March).
Question:	Can this be used on marble
Answer:	Updating my answer from early this month -- it's easier to find what I was talking about by simply searching for 35605 (there is even some on Amazon right now @ a reasonable price, ~$55) instead of CLO 35605. The refill bottles don't need to be diluted or anything, just pour them into your old container (or the crappy store brand that you may have been using since this has been impossible to find). One gallon is 128 fl oz, so the 4 gallon $55 refill is essentially 8 of this product, with the hassle of having to use a bit of storage space and refilling container. One gallon by itself is saving money vs the current price for this offer (~$35). But Tilex makes a super fine present to friends and relatives, or give it to your neighbors to impress. Old answer: I couldn't find this for months so I went ahead and bought a four pack of the one gallon "commercial" refill bottle. You can find it by searching for "CLO 35605" (eg using Google "Shop"). I already have a couple of 32 fl oz bottles so it isn't too much of a hassle. Including shipping it was approx. $50 for four gallons. The expiration date on this stuff is generally listed as a year (sodium hypochlorite begins to degrade after about 6 mo, loses ~20% potency per year). It should work fine for ~18 months (unless you're buying from one of these resellers & get a product that's already a year old *cough*). The single gallon refill container may be easier to find now -- the cheapest I could find about a month ago was ~$25 after shipping. I just bought the 4 gallons for $50 and gave some to my parents. It was a great Christmas "present" considering how hard these are to find at regular price. Laugh. Anyway, best luck for finding the consumer product in the US would probably be a store like Home Depot. But keep your old containers in the meantime (I never had much luck with those awful store brands). =)

Answer:	Tilex Plus doesn’t seem to work as quickly and is foamy and requires more wiping up. It seems to work okay but they both do.
