Answer:	To my recollection it is 4 lbs. I purchased two of these large sized and I love them...Easy to wheel, pack and find among all the others.

I’m back here to buy another 20” spinner to replace mine because its track record with me personally speaks for itself. Answer:	This product's overall dimensions are actually 21.6x14.4x9.2 and allowed carry on dimensions for domestic airlines are 22x14x9. Based on that, it looks like this product violates the carry on requirements. I'm finding that most of the bags advertised on Amazon as carry on luggage only give the bag dimensions and do not reflect overall dimensions including the wheels, which is misleading. Personally, I wouldn't risk spending the money and finding out the hard way that an airline won't accept it as carry on.

I nested a packed smallest one inside the middle one. Flying back I was able to use the middle one for items I brought back.

Answer:	With a 9" width they would need to be very small undersized watermelons not worth transporting or consuming. On the other hand, honeydew, cantaloupe, apples, oranges, peaches, and berries of various types could be transported in good volume and size. For rules on Transportation of these items from country-to-country you will need to contact the various countries and commerce regulations of what is allowed in and out. Sorry I was not able to help you further.

Answer:	No. Prolonged exposure to testosterone causes the plastic to melt. The wheels lock up if you try to roll them into a men’s room. If you try to pack a necktie, the zippers will not close. I can't use the handle anymore so I have to hand-carry it.. Which is the main reason I bought a rolling bag so I don't have to carry my things . It would have been a good book bag if it's durable and well-made..

Answer:	Hello,The only time I tried it I was in a small airplane and there was one seat next to mine. Most of the bag fit but it went into the other passengers leg room slight, maybe only an inch or so. If I was on the other side of the plane, with only one seat, I'm not sure it would have fit. The gentleman sitting next to me didn't mind so I didn't have to move the bag but if someone really complained, you may need to put it overhead.

Answer:	That would be confusing. On my bag, the main compartment that holds the laptop is 5 inches thick. That includes the little bumpout on the back from the wheel housing. There is another section with 2 zippered compartments on the front that you can see on the 2nd and 3rd pictures on the ad. The thickness of the entire bag with those zippered compartments, it is 9 inches thick. When I have traveled on an aircraft, I was able to get the bag under the seat and in the overhead bin, but on some smaller aircraft, they have checked it at the door at no extra charge. I guess it just depends on the aircraft and how crowded they are. But it's been a great bag for what I need it for.

Answer:	I see the original post is quite old, but for further questions... I just returned from a International trip where I used 2 of these bags fully loaded with 20 kgs. / 44 lbs. My limit was 50 lbs and neither my domestic carrier nor my international carrier batted an eye at the size. I flew Japan Airline and Co-shared my domestic flight with American Airlines. The ticket counter even joked I had could have carried 6 additional pounds in each bag. On my international flights they weighed the bags all at once. However, if you are on a strict airline that charges for everything, these are over the published sizes and could charge over size fees, but if they are under weight, they may look the other way.

Answer:	NO. This bag is 15 x 10.4 x 21.6 inches and the max size allowed for CARRY ON by USA airlines is 14x9x22 so it does NOT qualify as a CARRY ON. Look it up on your airline's web site. You may be forced to check this bag at the gate and pay fees. I don't understand why they would make a bag that is oversized and then say it is a CARRY ON. Also airlines in Europe require CARRY ONs to be smaller than the USA airlines bags.

Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	Not sure about the warranty. I have the 28". It's much better than my previous one, it feels sturdier and glides along easier and, more importantly, in the direction I want it to go! I would say this is a definite BUY.
Question:	Can the 28 inch bag work for southwest
Answer:	As of 2018... the baggage rule for Southwest is checked bags must have a maximum linear dimension of 62 inches. The linear dimension is found by adding a bags Length + Width + Height. The L+W+H measurements are taken from the "outside of the bag". In other words: Height is measured from the ground up including wheels) to the top edge of any handle. Unfortunately Amazon does a really poor job with their descriptions when it comes to their AmazonsBasics line of luggage. When shopping for luggage most manufacturers will list both the interior and exterior dimensions as well as the weight of the bag. (also important if you are trying to save weight when packing for a long trip since airlines like Southwest and American have a 50 lb weight limit) Amazon includes "some" dimensions in their luggage description... HOWEVER... its hard do say if they are giving you the "shipping" dimensions, the exterior dimensions or the interior dimensions. Be cautious if basing your decision to buy one of these suitcases is based on measurements given as a response to a question in this Q&A section. Unless the answer response is articulate and sounds accurate and informative you may end up having to return the item. Adding to the confusion... a lot of responses in the Q&A sections are of no value. (e.g. "I don't know I purchased the bag as a gift"... or "I don't know I only fly American" ... "I don't know I returned it because it was to small - wrong color - etc etc") ... sigh!

Answer:	It's smooth. There are three curves on each face of the bag; on one side, the curves are concave, on the other side, they're convex. When we stacked it with other smooth suitcases on an airport Smarte Carte, it slipped around, but I imagine if you were stacking two identicals of this suitcase, the convex grooves on the top of one bag would fit into the convex grooves on the bottom of the other bag. (But I only have the one bag, so I can't say for sure.)
