Answer:	I'm sorry we no longer have the commode. We bought it for a 50 yr. old who had been severely injured in an auto accident and need to be able to slide from a wheelchair onto the commode. It worked quite well. It is very durable, steady, and fits over a toilet.

Answer:	From side to side 20", back to front including the footrest and handle bars 30", from floor to the top of the handles (including the grips 40". If you're wondering if it'll fit through your doors to the bathroom... I'd say yes, stand up shower? You'd have to measure.

Answer:	BiPAP refers to the device, and not the mask. If the hose fits on the barb, it should work. Most of the masks and hoses are standardized.

Question:	How do cpap wipes compare to baby wipes for cleaning the mask? I have used baby wipes for years and haven't han any iaaues
Answer:	I have never used baby wipes. However, the Care Touch CPAP Wipes are designed and tested for use with the CPAP mask. In my comparison with other wipes specifically designed for CPAP usage. I can say this. 1. The wipes stay mist all the way through the use of the package. 2. The plastic container seals better than some other brands. 3. I found the Care Touch to be a little larger than necessary. My thought is by make omg them somewhat smaller, you could get more in the package for the same price and therefore a better value. The lemon scent is pleasant and I had no issues with skin irritation. The unscented, also worked well.
Question:	Does this product work on the masks with memory foam? I have no idea how to clean it and it's causing me acne by not cleaning it

Answer:	The SoClean Device Disinfector does NOT use UV light. UV light can only reach surfaces exposed directly to the light, leaving shadowed areas untouched. Given this challenge that UV light presents, our engineers developed this device using Activated Oxygen technology, also known as ozone, so it can get to those hard to reach places.
Question:	Where is this product manufactured
Answer:	We have tested some cloth masks and have found that some are made of compatible materials that are not impacted by ozone, but the straps for some masks may be impacted by ozone. We do not have disinfection test results but we are in the process of testing several different masks.

Answer:	The Device Disinfector is not designed to sanitize sleep equipment. This machine is designed for small items such as debit cards, earbuds, etc. To sanitize your sleep equipment, please refer to the SoClean 2 CPAP sanitizer.

Answer:	A vibrating noise during device operation is normal. The noise you hear is the air pump which circulates the activated oxygen within the chamber, around your items during a cycle.
