Answer: Sorry, didn't even know they had a chicken seasoning. I have been using the Bone Sucking Sauce seasoning they carry at the NC Food Lion for everything. It's my go-to seasoning. After years of using my standard favorite combo, this seasoning is the first one that managed to usurp them. I am 64, so that's saying something! Thank you, I will have to look for their chicken seasoning.

Ingredients:

  • Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 3 oz.
  • Spareribs,5 lbs.,3 racks

Instructions:

For Dry Ribs:

  1. Coat both sides of ribs evenly. Cover and marinate 4 to 8 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Cook in covered dish in oven at 300˚ for 3 hours. Uncover, coat top of ribs with additional rub and let cook for 1 more hour.
  3. For WET Ribs: During last hour coat with favorite flavor of Bone Suckin' Sauce.
  4. On GRILL: Same as above, but wrap in foil for first 3 hours and open foil during last hour.

  • Rack of Lamb, approximately 2 lbs.
  • Optional* Honey and fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. Score back of rack in crisscross pattern, using sharp knife.
  2. Optional* Cover rack of lamb with honey and fresh garlic.
  3. Cover rack with Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub.

Question: I don’t have a smoker, just a grill. Is the rub still good on grilled food
Answer: The expiration date on the chip bags is April 12,2016. I received them on January 25. Hope this helps.
Question: What are all ingredients
Answer: Potato chips are difficult to sell online, as they arrive to us at about 100 days from expiration. They are not designed to be stored for months. We assemble and ship the cases usually within a week of receipt, but by the time they are shipped they are often at about 2-3 months on average. The good news is that they are often good for months after the "best by", however we do not ship anything expired or near expiration. Our average shipment is about 300 cases, and that takes us about a month to sell. Right now, as of Mar 31, most of our exp. dates are July 2017. We just sent a new shipment days ago.
Question: Is it salty
Answer: I'll answer and resist leaving prissy obnoxious comments about Canola oil. Each 1 oz serving of Kettle Chips is about 150 calories (can vary slightly by flavor). So these bags run approx 225 calories each.
Question: Does this have MSG
Answer: I have experience in Neti pots but no personal experience using Redmond Salts in Neti pots. However, from my research, here's what I have determined. Redmond Sea Salt is non-iodized and chemical free, which is what you want for nasal usage. Redmond has sold a "Neti Pot Sea Salt" which is a powdered form of their original salts, however Amazon does not have current inventory. The regular Sea Salts are more granular and tend to leave a blackish/reddish residue behind when dissolved in water due to some trace minerals. If it were me, I would find no problem using this in my Neti Pot, making sure I pour out the last bit of water and minerals before pouring into my nose. I would also consider making more of a fine powder in my food processor or grinder which might make dissolvability more clean.
