I will be honest with you. I use this dressing exclusively to make a great Taco Salad. It is the secret ingredient. For a while, it was almost extinct and Amazon was one of the few places to get it. Quite frankly, this dressing is not like any other Avocado dressing and others cannot be substituted in this salad. I probably would not have tried it if it wasn’t in the best Taco Salad great for crowned, picnic. Everyone loves it but but be dubious if they knew the “secret” ingredient. So many people later say “I don’t like avocados”. Would be happy to share the recipe. I hope this helps.
