Answer:	Don't know why I'm being asked about the Technique 350...I don't own one HOWEVER,I recently purchased the 310 which measures 4 inches at the core and 5 inches at the tip of the brushes. I also own a 300 which measures 3" core/4" at tip of brushes and a 330 which measures 5" core/6" at tip of brushes. I would think the 350 would be biggger????

(my hair is thick, but not course.) i cut it all off and now have jaw-length hair, and i use the #310 brush (1" diameter) with no problem. for shoulder-length hair? maybe the #370 brush (1.75" diameter).

Question:	Just got brush bout a week ago and wash it and my bristles in one spot are gone use ag method is my brush still good or send it back
Answer:	With warm water and a comb. I comb hair out of the brush using both ends of the comb. I drag the teeth of the comb across the wood between the bristles at various angles (length wise and width wise). Wet the comb with warm water and repeat until the comb is clean. And sometimes I will spray the bristles lightly with peroxide (to disinfect). Lay comb on its side to dry. Once it is dry, I place the comb on its back, I never let the comb rest on its bristles. Question:	What’s the best way to use these brushes?Is there a certain way to use them
Answer:	This is not a styling brush. The whole point of boar bristles is the gentle natural cleaning that they give to your hair rubbing against the hair shafts. They also gently distribute the natural oils in your hair and create a nice natural sheen. Hair should always be dry when brushing with boar bristles. Use a comb or impervious to moisture synthetic bristle and synthetic base brush for wet hair and when styling with gels. I have been using Kent brushes for more than 35 years. The bristles will eventually wear out and the outer rows will start to break off, but I have never had the base crack like a previous responder indicated. Perhaps he was wet cleaning the brush too often. Even on my old worn out brushes, the handles are fine. The wooden base was not meant to be repeatedly wet, since wetness expands wood and dryness contracts it. If repeated too often, this can definitely result in cracks.

Answer:	Mine came with everything expected of a retail buy. Box, paperwork, .. it was all included.

Answer:	DaBier,That's the finest question of them all. That's the same question that I wanted to ask. Yes it could be the finest pure natural plastic, white barb-wire orwhite nylon. I still haven't found out what the bristles are made from. There is nothing on the brush or in the description that tells what this naturalbristle is. I'm not spending 50 dollars plus, until I know for sure.... Thank you sincerely for that question. A very sincere, fair and honest question...
