Answer:	The bulk of the protein, as I discern the label, is from whey, but there is a smaller amount of soy lecithin, further down in the list of ingredients. If you do not want ANY soy, then don't use this product. (I am not convinced that soy protein is "garbage," but because of a history of breast cancer and autoimmune disease, my doctors have told me to stay away from soy products--even though they say it is fine for others of their patients. I use these bars only occasionally, and certainly not daily. They satisfy hunger, give me energy, and provide a small meal for me when I am on the run.

Answer:	Yes, I have used the Stinger on long or fast rides where I'm beginning to feel a little empty. For a quick burst of energy I often stop and eat a Stinger, although if out on a long, long ride I will use a Clif bar, which has more protein in it. I've used Stingers many times to bridge the gap during a bike ride. And these (the regular ones) taste great!

Answer:	I've listed the ingredients here. I take two waffles and put a little pnut better between them like a sandwich. That way I get more protein along with the carbs from the waffle. Not too bad. It doesn't crumble when I put them in my back pocket in a plastic zip lock. Organic wheat flour, palm fruit oil, rice syrup, cane sugar, honey, soy flour, sea salt, soy lecithin, spices, baking soda. All items are organic per the packaging. Tasty. Not heavy on my stomach.

Answer:	The box I just received was "Best by July 2019" which is 10 months from now. However, the oil had separated out and they were tougher to chew than jerky. Second time this has happened with Amazon fulfillment of Rise Bars.

Answer:	Muscle Milk is own of the most heaviest powders on the Market. They don’t dissapiomt flavorwise. If your working out then you have control of how much premade you put in your drink. Also if your working out a great deal it’s good to have several brands of powder.

Answer:	Thanks so much for your question. We have had the most success mixing with room temp or chilled liquids first, then warming it up in the microwave. Since the Coffee House Protein Powder in made with real coffee, it makes a nice stand alone coffee drink, served warm or cold.

Answer:	Just went to the kitchen and examined the tub and it does not explicitly state that this product is lactose free. Which is odd because all other Muscle Milk products have the “lactose free” label. I have so much confidence in Muscle Milk that I just assumed it was lactose free, aligning with all their other protein powder products. Here’s the thing. As someone who suffers from lactose intolerance but drinks this shake every morning, I have NOT had any gas issues nor other digestive problems. So I am gonna confidently say that this coffee house protein is lactose free and it’s awesome for my mornings!
