But I added protein mix instead of alcohol. Adding ice would have made it into frozen slushy drink. This only has 5 calories. I liked it so much I added it to monthly subscription. It is good alone or mixed with fruits in smoothies. I'm sure it would work well for cocktails.

Answer:	In my experience trying different protein powders on my own or that friends have had me try, whey always mixes pretty well on its own, as does egg protein. If you're running a combination of whey and egg like this product, mixing should be easy whether you're stirring, blending, shaking, etc. No casein in this one so texture will be smoother than powders with it. Powders with casein can be a toss up for texture because it tends to add a natural grittiness, but it depends on whether you want to mix with water, milk, make a shake, etc. and how important texture is to you personally.

Answer:	I believe that it is a large bag. When I ordered it through "Subscribe and Save" in the past, I believe that the item was now sent in bags, and the cans were no longer available. Check to see what others say. If it were in cans, they would have to list the number of cans. Each can holds 3 lbs. of ground chocolate, so it would be in about 8 cans. The math doesn't quite work out if it is a 25 lb box. Delicious product, but definitely a problem for me when it arrives in a large bag. If I do not put the ground chocolate in smaller containers, it spills all over the place, and is a problem when I have to continue to open a huge bag for a cup of hot chocolate. I cancelled it as a subscribe and save product due to this. It also was hard to store, and didn't remain as fresh in a bag.
