Answer:	It depends on the ingredients. From the book I've read it suggests 1% (2 drops of oil) for children and 60+yo, 2% (4 drops) for adults, and 3% (6 drops) for maximum potency for adults. These are for 10ml bottles filled with carrier oil. I hope this helps.
Question:	how many drops do I use in a deffuser
Answer:	3-4 drops I'd say. Whatever the instructions try to tell you is bullshit. I have a 500ml diffuser and put 8 drops of lavender in it for sleep. Next thing i know im awake in the middlw of the night at 2:40am itching like crazy. Emptied and refilled my diffuser, tried 3 drops instead and i sleep very fast. What im trying to say is a little goes a long way, more doesn't mean better.
Question:	For those who have used these oil blends in an ultrasonic diffuser, are you happy with the concentration, do they smell strong enough, long enough
Answer:	I usually diffuse for 1 hour to 2 hours and sometimes up to 3 hours every few days to only once a week and sometimes only once every two weeks. I usually gauge when I need to diffuse by how I feel physically and then emotionally/mentally. When I have been physically ill, I diffuse every day for 2 to 3 days consecutively for 1 to 3 hours each day. This is especially helpful when I've had a head cold with sinus congestion. When I've been mentally/emotionally drained I diffuse only as needed, usually for 1 to 3 hours. This brand of essential oil blends are always very strong fresh from the bottle, as expected, and usually last for the entire 3 hours but do weaken near the last 20 to 30 minutes of that time when I use them in a ultrasonic diffuser. The only blend I didn't care for was the Stress Relief: it contains way too much patchouli oil. It made me think of a wet, dirty dog and wet, moldy leaves.

Answer:	No. These are great, high quality products. I recommend.
Question:	I was wanting to add it to hand sanitizer that was made by a distillery and smells like whiskey. Would it mask that smell
Answer:	I actually tried this. It helped but did not completely cover the boozy smell. I still get a strong yucky alcohol smell at first that then somewhat dissipates to smell more like the oils. I have tried it with several oil brands with the same results.

Answer:	I don’t know if you can add this to the bath, but I will say that I apply to the high points of my face, behind my ear, and on my wrists and I’ve never had a reaction, so I don’t see why you can’t put them in the bath. Just probably don’t put too too much.
Question:	How do I use these essential oils in a reed difusser? What product do I add and how much of the essential oil
Answer:	Don’t know if you can use it on a reed diffuser because you have to use a lot of it. I just add water and a few drops of oil on my Oil diffuser

Answer:	It has a pressurized dropper hole. So, when you remove the lid, the top of the bottle has a dropper hole. But it does not have a dropper lid. The hole is such that you could not fit a dropper into it. The top of the bottle is such that you can tip it and only a drop or a few will come out with manual control.

Answer:	You fill the water in the Defuser to the "Max" line, and you drop 4-6 drops of oil in the water and then turn the Defuser on.

Answer:	WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR SKINCARE. 1, essential oils should NEVER be directly used on skin. 2, nowhere in this product's advertising does it say these oils are SKIN-grade. Answer:	Yes to both of those uses. However, it's a bit expensive to use for frying. I use it to season cast iron. It does a great job, creates a hard, slippery surface that holds up well. It does require multiple coats to really make a non-stick surface. I bake pans, etc. at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Answer:	I put it on my spaghetti, rice, and mix it with cottage cheese.

Answer:	Bear in mind that pretty much any gelcaps or otherwise lipid 'pills' don't even come close to the typical serving size of the actual oil product. So, you'd have to take roughly 12+ capsules per day to come close to equating the amounts of Alpha-Lenolenic, Alpha-Lenoleic, and Oleic acids (Omege -3, -6, and -9) you'd get in a tablespoon of the flaxseed oil in this instance. I can understand that a lot of folks can't deal with taking a tablespoon of oil twice a day and believe that they're getting the same dose in a lipid capsule, but that just isn't true. Just take a tablespoon of the oil and chase it with juice or better yet, just blend it into a smoothie or something. As long as it isn't heated (i.e. cooked), you're fine. I think the caps are a waste of money, unless you're willing to take 12+ caps at a time or daily... twice a day. Oh, the oil has a much higher bioavailability rate than a capsule, so there's another reason to just go with the oil :)

Short term warm storage won't harm the oil. "Either high heat (over 300 degrees F) or sustained heat over a very long period of time can degrade Omega-3 oils. The relatively short transit times and variable seasonal temperatures encountered during transit have been found to be insignificant when tested extensively.
