Answer:	Here's a complicated YES! I used version 9 successfully being a newbie years ago to do some projects at that time. Haven't needed it until now and have since updated my computer...a lot! So, I upgraded to the new version 16 to have some familiarity. It has WAY MORE stuff than I'm familiar with but the basics are there and does have a tutorial that walks you through each step if needed (which I used!). I read the manual first (that helps) and watched some YouTube videos which are very helpful, by the way! When I get stuck I just click the Help button. It is not simple, but if you're willing to take the time to get somewhat familiar with what you want it to do, it's very logical and easy to pick up. I love that it can take all my old files and convert them to current formats. I'm not familiar with other programs on the market, but I'm very happy with this one that has lots of options to do as little or as much editing as you need. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, PowerDirector gives you 'Full Control' over what format and resolution of your output video. You just need to be aware of what formats are supported by your device, before you 'Produce'. The iPad natively supports many of the common video formats used today, including H.264, MP4, M4V, MOV, MPEG-4 and M-JPEG. By default, these play in the iPad's Videos app. The iPad does have limitations within these formats. For example, H.264 videos are limited to 1080 pixels and 30 frames per second. MPEG-4 videos are limited to 2.5 Mbps and 640 by 380 pixel resolution at 30 frames per second. Videos exceeding these limits may not play correctly on an iPad, or may not play at all. Answer:	Here's a complicated YES! I used version 9 successfully being a newbie years ago to do some projects at that time. Haven't needed it until now and have since updated my computer...a lot! So, I upgraded to the new version 16 to have some familiarity. It has WAY MORE stuff than I'm familiar with but the basics are there and does have a tutorial that walks you through each step if needed (which I used!). I read the manual first (that helps) and watched some YouTube videos which are very helpful, by the way! When I get stuck I just click the Help button. It is not simple, but if you're willing to take the time to get somewhat familiar with what you want it to do, it's very logical and easy to pick up. I love that it can take all my old files and convert them to current formats. I'm not familiar with other programs on the market, but I'm very happy with this one that has lots of options to do as little or as much editing as you need. Hope this helps.

Question:	do you offer a pinnacle studio 23 user manuel in book form
Answer:	I seriously wish there was a book or manual that would help me with simple procedures, like adding a subtitle at a point in my video, but I cannot find one anywhere. I spent half a day trying to figure out how to put a subtitle in and was not able to. The pdf manual talks about titles, but says nothing about adding them to your movie. In other programs I am used to putting titles on a title track and being done with it. But in PS23 there is no title track! I have searched and searched. I put in a title on a regular video track, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to show up in the video! I am totally perplexed. This program does a million things and a lot of really fancy stuff, but I can't add a simple subtitle to my movie.
