If you are a surfer, usually needs a very oversized parka as a changing robe outdoors, like changing swim suit or wetsuit under this parka, I would suggest you to wear a LARGE size. But if you prefer to a closer fit as your body, I would suggest you to choose Size SMALL as it is 3.28ft from shoulder to hem, and 2.46ft for chest , one customer is 5'9" height and 76kg weight, he wears SMALL and comments it is perfect, the hem of parka is at his knee level, sure if you need it to cover your knees and some part of leg, Size Medium is also a good choice. Question:	how true to size is it
Answer:	Not sure how to answer this question, I usually wear a large, I ordered a large white one and it was too small, then I goat an extra large and it was too big, I sold that one to a friend. then I ordered another one in black from another supplier in extra large what I got was labeled extra large but it was 3" smaller than the white one, sent it back and got another extra large which fits great. The cover up is very attractive, warm and just right for after winter swims, I live in So. Cal so it is not too cold here. To answer your question they are not true to size but worth the effort to get one

Answer:	It’s not super thick, but if you get splashed with water you won’t get wet underneath it. If your suit is just damp and not dripping wet it should keep your car seat dry.

Answer:	Although the material doesn't contain any specific sun protection, it is thick enough to block out the sun. It is a wonderful material: very soft, yet lightweight. I wore it in Florida and I did fine! I absolutely love it!

Answer:	I think it would be a great cover up for the gym. It's not sheer, more like a very lightweight sweatshirt material. I use mine for a year-round aqua class at a outdoor pool. It's great.
