Answer:	yes it is and you can dilute with water. but I like it as is. I love this product. I use it for shampoo, facial wash, and it is excellent.
Question:	Does the black soap stain a white wash cloth
Answer:	Not if you are using it for washing, I wouldn't put the soap on there and let it dry though.
Question:	Can you use this to make hand foam soap in a pump? 5 parts water to one part Castile soap
Answer:	Yes, you can, I don't measure it I just put water in the dispenser and fill the rest of the way with soap. If it doesn't foam enough I add a little more soap.
Question:	What is the lid like? Is it completely screw off or do you push to open out just a bit
Answer:	You push it and part opens up to squeeze some out, but you can also unscrew the entire lid if needed.
