Answer:	I don't know the warranty but I've had it for a few years and it's held up great. Only gets wet under it if it's a real bad storm. Otherwise it's waterproof.

Answer:	They hold up great! I had been looking for covers like this for my bar-height patio chairs for quite some time. I needed four, and everything that was available was $40. Each! So when I found these I was willing to give them a try. I must say I have been very pleased with them so far. They lasted a brutal Minnesota winter and still look good as new with no tears or leaks.
