Answer:	You must be aware that this unit has a proprietary connector on the back, but the wire is bare on the end that plugs into the speakers, so you will just have to use the wires that plug into the unit - they have a 2 prong jack for each channel. These speakers sound pretty decent though. Oh, and is replacing the speakers, they must be 6 ohms.

Answer:	You did not mention the unit you have or are planning on purchasing. On most undercounter self contained units, you take the cold water line and connect it to the input side of the unit, and the connect the another line from the output side to your faucet. You can use standard metal lines or quick disconnect lines. Myself, I prefer the countertop type unit because you only filter the water you want to filter thereby extended the life of the unit.

Answer:	The tap/filter turn switch is part of the package. It mounts to the mouth of the tap to allow you to use tap water or filter water when you want.

Answer:	That is soap that has adhered to your glassware. I use a mixture of Clorox & water in a spray to remove it. It tends to build up - I notice it on my cup w tea as well. This filter will remove bad taste & odor, providing you w better than bottled water quality for cents on the gallon. I make ice w it, tea, coffee and use it for cooking. I never use tap water except to wash dishes.

Answer:	Yeah mine disconnects randomly for about 1 second and does occasionally turn off completely. I turned eco mode off and had the same problem. I did read of people hiding their remote or removing the batteries and that working somehow (have not tested this theory) I also have hard reset and updated the sound bar. In my research I found that you can turn off the energy star settings (impossible with remote) by holding the power and volume down button. This has helped some people. I ended up getting a replacement for my first sound at and have the same issues even after all troubleshooting with Vizio and Best Buy. They are helpful and easy to work with but the software is buggy.

Answer:	Different remotes. One has a small LCD screen, so you can see what setting you're changing. Answer:	Really depends on your source but IMHO the rear speakers are best when they create an "ambient" atmosphere since DTS:X adds a lot of "virtualization" to audio. I originally thought it would be better placement having the rear speakers closer to the "observer" (at ear level) however my experience has taught me having them mounted higher and farther (while still firing straight and towards the observer) makes a better atmosphere when viewing movies.

Answer:	The satellite speakers are connected to the subwoofer through a provided speaker wire. The subwoofer then connects to the sound bar wireless.

Answer:	Yes this is the newest version of Vizio's great sound bars. Believe me you're not going to find anything out there that sounds any better. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

Answer:	No, they connect by included 15 foot wires. I thought I might have to upgrade the speaker cables but was pleasantly surprised to find that the included cables were of a decent gauge and plenty long for spacing apart. I don’t recommend wireless rear speakers as the connection is via Bluetooth and sometimes the signal is weak causing loss of connection.
Question:	How do you reduce the background music and enhance the dialogue for movies
Answer:	On the Vizio remote, change the eq to direct.. then go to levels and go down tell you find the dialogue setting and crank it up

Question:	What is the purpose of the HDMI out? I get no menu on the TV. The lights don't tell you much. How do you select the input channel
Answer:	If you only have 1 device (like a cable box) you could connect it to the HDMI In on the soundbar, then connect the sound bar to the TV using the sound bars HDMI output. This would allow the soundbar to play audio, and pass the video through to the TV. If you're connecting all of your devices (cables boxes, gaming systems, etx) to the TV, you could then connect to the sound bars HDMI OUT (ARC) port. This port uses ARC (Audio Return Channel) technology that will play the sound through the sound bar. ARC also uses CEC technology, so if you have a CEC TV with ARC you may be able to adjust the sound bars volume using the TV remote.
Question:	Does the subwoofer have to be manually turned on each time it is used
Answer:	You have to turn on the soundbar with the remote and the subwoofer turns on with the soundbar. Basically, when i turn on my tv, i turn on my soundbar and everything is on.

Answer:	You will connect directly to your TV output via one of these three cables: Good: 3.5mm to RCA cable. Better: digital optical cable or digital coaxial cable. If your TV is connected to an HDMI cable; e.g. from a set top box, the Best method is via HDMI (ARC). All four of these cables are included with the soundbar.

Answer:	No the rear speakers need to be connected to the subwoofer. The subwoofer is wireless and doesn't need to be connected to the soundbar but the subwoofer does need a power supply.

Question:	how can I use only one remote control
Answer:	I have a Sceptre TV with Directv. In order to control the volume on the soundbar using my Directv remote here is what I did. I have a model RC-66 DTV remote. I switched the mode switch at the top to AV2. Then you press and hold the Mute & Select buttons simultaneously until the light on the remote flashes twice (approx 5 seconds). Enter either code 31517 or 32454 (for me it was code 32454) and the try pressing the power button on your remote. If it turns the soundbar off you have found the code you need. If not start again and try the other code. if you find the code you are looking for then press Mute & Select again, wait for the flash on the remote, enter 993 and then press Select. Move your mode switch back to DTV and give it a try. It worked perfectly for me.

Answer:	It will handle a powered subwoofer for sure as that is what I use. It has a standard subwoofer line out. Not sure on the passive.
Question:	Will I be able to understand Benedict Cumberbatch in "Sherlock"? The servants in "Downton Abbey"? In other words, does it help with dialogue
Answer:	If you mean will it change the accents no. But it does make it more clear sense it is not bouncing off the wall behind the tv. I will never understand why speakers are in back of the tv now.

Answer:	Mine would only connect once in awhile via optical TOSlink to my Vizio TV until I bought a better Amazon Basics cable, and now it connects every time. Junk the cable that came with it.

Answer:	Yes... my PC setup has the sound bar connected to my tv via optical cable. Then the tv is connected to the PC via HDMI. Sound quality is very good. If you have a monitor that does not have the optical cable option, the sound bar has a 3.5 mm jack and you can use the green 3.5 mm jack on your PC. If all else fails, YouTube has some good videos to go over other options.

Question:	Is line of sight required from subwoofer to sound bar as description says
Answer:	This pertains to the maximum distance the wireless connection is rated to work at. Since most rooms in an average home are in the 15 ~ 20 ft range there should be no problem if the sub is tucked to the side or behind a piece of furniture. If you plan on putting the sub out to 60' away then yes you would need line of sight.
Question:	does it come with all of the wires needed and does it come with a warranty at all
Answer:	Hi Jess.....it come with every conceivable cord (I used the fiber optic) you'll need to set up.Also it comes with a one year limited warrenty....whatever that means. But I love it and it works great.

Answer:	All your accessories should plug into your TV as you would normally with no sound system. Your TV should also have an optical audio out jack. Its a small, one plug connection that will allow whatever accessory you're using to play through the sound bar as well as your TV speakers. No complicated set up. No unplugging what is already plugged into your TV. Literally plug and play. This Vizio comes with a 6ft optical cable so no need to purchase that unless you need a longer one for some reason. Seriously, plug the Vizio into the wall, plug the TV into the Vizio and you're good to go!
Question:	What size TV are you using this with? I am thinking of using it with a 65" TV which is 58" wide
Answer:	The bar is 54" wide, but I'm using a smaller TV (doesn't matter to me because the bar puts out terrific, broad sound). Your 58" TV should be great. I do recommend a subwoofer though. I got a BIC F12 from Amazon for $206.

Question:	How good is it compared to other similar products for dialogue clarity
Answer:	For the low price point you get decent dialogue clarity. I'm comparing it to a Bose SoundTouch 300. The Bose was better but not that much better to pay the additional $400. Before you take that and run though hear me say that I will never purchase nor recommend this Vizio soundbar to anyone. The subwoofer constantly had problems, made popping noises, and Vizio's only response was to send me replacements of equal or lesser quality. Their customer service was pretty awful and they wouldn't provide a refund.

Answer:	My device was just purchased today and after the firmware update I can 100% confirm that as of right now you cannot add this to a speaker group via Google Home. The cast firmware is currently at 1.18 and 1.2 is required for Google home connectivity.
