Question:	Where is the zipper (for removal of the polyfill) located, and how many inches is the opening? Is the fill easy to remove? Messy
Answer:	I returned it, so can’t remember how many inches, but located at one end and fill easy to remove, Very, very messy. Went everywhere.
Question:	Will this 21 x 54 pillow fit into a 20 x 54 pillowcase (1 inch smaller width)? Is it firm
Answer:	The pillow comes with a case that's 20 x 54 and it's a really tight fit making the pillow feel extra firm. I took some of the stuffing out of the pillow to soften it up a bit, and I'm going to get a wider case so the fit isn't so tight.
Question:	How do you adjust to make firmer? Can you get the filling somewhere
Answer:	I fluffed my pillow when I got it, and re-fluff it occasionally, the way the mfr. suggests - just squishing it in on itself all over. That brings it back to it's original volume and works well for me. If that isn't as much support as you desire, I would suggest contacting the mfr. They may be able to suggest another possible solution for you, or might be willing to send/sell additional filing...

Answer:	It takes on the temperature of the room. If you keep it cool, your pillow will stay cool. It doesn't retain heat at all. It also stays fluffy. No more flipping the pillow throughout the night.

Question:	Is the body pillow machine washable
Answer:	It took me about six hours on high heat to dry. I had to bleach it too as the moisture reallllllly sticks into the foam. My pillow has a small hole which was nice to feel if the core of the pillow was dry. I love this pillow with 5 stars, but drying it was a pain in the butt. It fell apart and exploded memory foam out of the hole in the dryer. Still worth it
