Question:	Can I put my back wheel in this stand then lift the front tire up to lean against a wall so that my bike takes up less space in my apartment
Answer:	It may be possible depending on your frame configuration. My mountain bike goes "almost" 90 degrees upright before the bike stand tension arm hits the rear brake. Raising the bike so the front wheel touches the wall looks more viable, but you may have to secure the wheel with bungee cords so it doesn`t move. It`s not too unstable, but probably not a good idea with small children in the house. They also make vertical and horizontal wall mount attachments to hang your bike on a wall that will accomplish what you`re trying to do. Question:	can it be used outdoors on a composite deck
Answer:	Shouldn't be a problem so long as your deck is reasonably leveled because the rakk is pretty stable. The rubber end-caps on the legs will keep the deck from being scratched if you slide it around a bit while the bike is in the stand.
Question:	I'm trying to put a bike on top of a ikea bookcase/room divider
Answer:	What is the purpose for putting the bike at that location? Storage or decoration? I would not advise using this rack in either option. It's does a great job holding a bike when used on the ground. It's my favorite rack for quick and easy storage. For you, if your looking for bike storage I would use a bike hoist system with pulleys and a rope, may can be found on Amazon, I use one as well. If it's for decoration, look for a bicycle display stand and fasten one to both the front and back tire and to the top of the bookcase using earthquake straps and fasteners.
Question:	Will this stand accomodate a 29er Mountain Bike with Suspension Forks and Disk Brakes
Answer:	It won’t fit my 29er with 2.4” minion dhf. So I’ll use it for my road bike.

Question:	Rad Cycle Mighty Rack Two Bike Floor Stand - what are the dimensions and weight please
Answer:	I measure 23" high x 24" wide x 21 inches deep. I can't really measure the weight. It pretty much stays put but it's not difficult to move.
Question:	can I use this in my suv trunk to keep the bikes uprights without falling during driving
Answer:	Definitely NOT. I transport 5 large cruiser style bicycles at a time inside my extended length minivan. 5 bikes fit inside, by alternating the handlebars forward-backwards-forward-backwards-forwards. This is only safe because the bikes are all tangled up with each other. Unless your rack INSIDE your vehicle has a secure locking clamp system (to keep the bikes from rolling back and forth when you hit the gas and brakes, or from falling over whenever you drive around a curve)...just like a good bike rack on the OUTSIDE of your vehicle should have, and unless the bike racks are bolted down to the floor of the vehicle, then you might as well forget trying to use any bike "stand" as a bike "rack" inside a moving vehicle.
Question:	can this stand be used outside
Answer:	I use mine on my travel trailer. It has been outside for a year. There are the startings of rust at some of the bolt connections. I suspect that after a few years in the FL weather I will be buying a new rack...which I am good with.
Question:	Will this fit my 29 inch mtn bike with disc brakes and 2 1/4 in. thick tires
Answer:	Not sure, I ride a canondale and my husband has a Trek hybrid. Ours fit facing opposite directions. The rack space is 2 3/4 inches for the tires. I do not know how the disc brakes would impact the fit. This rack is not the highest quality but was better then leaning our bikes against a wall.

Answer:	I think so. The 9 yr old should have no problem, and i doubt the 6 yr old would either. The arm that holds the wheel dosent have alot of tension. It moves quite easily. I think its used more as a guide for the wheel. I really like the product and would recomend it.

Answer:	I'd have to agree with previous answer. You could definitely make the rack steady in the bed but with just one wheel sitting in the cradle and no straps for either wheel I wouldn't advise it.

Answer:	Two types of stands are both sold by us Cyclingdeal USA INC. They are same quality but from different factories in Taiwan .
Question:	How durable is the Clamp? it appears to be made from plastic
Answer:	I would give it an acceptable rating. The hardware is adequate for what I use it for. If I were to regularly work on bikes I would not buy this product. Specific to the clamp... So far it has not popped out of position or given any indication of being weak. The entire setup is wobbly, but I use it for storing and quick maintenance for my 29 pound mountain bike. It is very portable and gets the job done for DIY maintenance. If you have a bike much heavier than 30 pounds I don't know if I would recommend. A bench or wall mount would be the way to go. My only complaint is that I do find it necessary to rotate the clamping handle and loosen it to securely grab and remove my particular bike (could be my anodized seat post or diameter). If I leave it to where I simply apply pressure or release the handle (aiming to be able to slip my seat post in/out of the clamp, it is not tight enough to hold my bike and the bike's seat post slips down. I'm fairly use to it by now. Overall I rate it 3.5/5 for what I wanted it to do, and a 4/5 for value compared to competing products. Sorry for the long answer- I will post this in the review side.

Answer:	There is more than enough clearance. I rotate our cranks all the time with bike upright on the stand. Plenty of room. Nice stand too, well made & sturdy.
Question:	This stand only has two legs, does it tip
Answer:	As everyone else has noted, this bikestand is very sturdy. While this is true, the question was whether it "tips". I assume this is asking whether it can become unbalanced and topple over. The answer is that it can tip over if care is not taken to maintain the bike in a balanced position on the stand. So, for example, if you remove one wheel only and position the bike so that the side with the remaining wheel hangs too far out, it might take only a nudge to cause it to start tipping over. You could put weights on top of the legs to help prevent this. I wouldn't call it a major problem.

Answer:	The coil at the top becomes hot and will melt plastic. I guess I do not know what type of waterer you are talking about. I built a small cage around the ones I purchased from Amazon to make sure they would not touch any plastic parts. BUT--there is not a lot of extra room under mine so be sure to measure first so it will still fit. Behlen Country AHW80 Electric Heated Cattle & Horse Waterer is similar to what I have for our beef cattle.

Answer:	I don't know what rack you're referring to. The bike sits with the back tire in a metal, "C" shaped, horizontal track, and the front of the bike is raised until it (the Bike) is vertical. The bike stays vertical with the help of an adjustable metal bar that supports the seat stem and a strap that keeps the front tire from moving. I do not have a basket. But, if I did, it would be no problem as long as it is on the front of the bike. A back basket would not work. I like the rack and the additional floor space it provides.

Question:	Can u adjust resistance by shifting the gears on the bike
Answer:	Not very well but somewhat. Mostly you have to tighten and adjust the roller on the rear wheel. I have 18 gears but had it on the front middle chain ring. When next I ride on the ground, I will make sure I put it on the biggest ring. I can't get the front shifter to work because there isn't enough torque. My rear shifter does work but isn't enough to increase the resistance very much. It could work differently on your bike. PS. The directions are very poor and it was not clear how to lock down the wheel stand. My bike fell off the first time I used it. Upon further examination and analysis, I found the plastic rings that you slide toward the hub to lock the things that screw in. Now it works fine. The directions have almost no words and very blurry, smallish photos.

Answer:	I just received my bike trainer. It does come with a front wheel riser, but it is a hard plastic one and not very good. I ordered a rubbery one via another company for about $8 that works great and I am very happy with.

Question:	I bought one, but cannot seem to rotate the arm. I have used the lever but all it seems to do is loosen it. I won’t rotate. Any advice
Answer:	At the back of the arm there is a lever. Flip that lever to unlock the arm, then spin the arm counterclockwise to loosen it. Once the teeth disengage, rotate the arm to the desired position. Reverse the steps to tighten the arm. That's it.

Answer:	the weight capacity is different. This $129 version can hold 110 lbs, the other cheaper version cannot.

Answer:	The head on the 110 lb version is mostly composed of metal. The 55 lb. version is made mostly from HD composite material.
