Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.

Question:	Volume is low. Media is up all the way on my phone. Are they known to be "quiet" compared to "name brand
Answer:	I am having a similar problem. When I remove them from the charger, the volume is low. I then unpair and re-pair them to my phone and the volume is MUCH greater. I have all the correct media volume sync setting on my phone and this is the only headset that has this problem. It is really annoying having to unpair and pair every time I use the earbuds. Any other ideas?
Question:	What is difference in these and newer model
Answer:	There's a newer model called "TrueAir" with Apple style hanging ornamental lobes. I got a pair, then they vanished from Amazon. Out of stock the company said. There is no comparison, the TrueAirs have fair bass. These TrueFree are amazingly nil that way, especially since they reach deep into the ear. They sound tinny, like airline free wired buds.
Question:	How are these with watching video? Is there too much lag
Answer:	To reduce the lag of bluetooth audio transmission you need aptX codec support for both the receiving and transmitting device. These specific earbuds don't support the AptX codec, so there can be 100ms (1/10th of a second) or so difference between the video and when the audio plays. This issue can get worse the further away the two devices get.

Answer:	Yes it does work with an iPhone 6. However my phone has to be with 12 inches of the headphones. I either have to wear the phone very high on my arm in a band or I have to hold my phone about chest level. If I drop my arm to my side the signal cuts out. Question:	How is the microphone? I'm wondering if I can use these to teach online. The students to hear me clearly enunciate words
Answer:	I agree with the muffled sound issue. I wouldn't recommend them for online teaching. I Purchased these for my husband. During calls, he could hear the person but they could not hear him. I would recommend a USB wired gaming headset. Most have a boom mic, which would work nicely for online teaching. I work in higher education and use a USB wired headset.
Question:	Need to see the manual in bigger print
Answer:	I agree. Had to use a flashlight to see it better.
Question:	Cannot get it to work with bluetooth. Dell tech support tried for 1 1/2 hours and no connection. Manual print too small to read. Help
Answer:	I understand the print being way TOO SMALL. I know is that the power must be on turned OFF at first(POWER button on the right side of headset), follow the steps below then turn POWER ON, the blue light starts flashing indicating it's powered on &/or pairing with Bluetooth capable device. Make sure you turn on the Bluetooth capability on your phone or other device, if it doesn't automatically find the headset & connect then you have to search for device which will be listed as "WH-816", if code is needed to access "0000" is the code you enter. The light is suppose to flash(even if POWER is OFF) to indicate a successful pairing. Then turn POWER ON to enjoy! P.S. If does work the first time, turn OFF headset & then back ON. If that doesn't work, try pairing instructions once more with POWER OFF to headset & remember if it's a success the blue light on headset will flash. Question:	How do these fit, compared to the wired version with slightly different tips? Are they wedged into your ear canal, like most other in-ear designs
Answer:	I have an earlier Bose version, where the ear phone is mounted on a very sophisticated ear bud that seats perfectly in the antihelix of the pinna (outer ear), thereby gently resting in the ear canal itself. That is a MAJOR design advantage, not only in comfort, but also in safety, in that by avoiding pressure against the skin of the ear canal, the chance for discomfort / infection / inflammation is vastly reduced. There is nothing else like the old design on the market. I would only purchase the new model with the assurance that it faithfully incorporated the revolutionary advantages of the 4 older models I have purchased and given as gifts.
Question:	Just how water/sweat resistant are they in use
Answer:	I've had these 7 months and have LOVED them. But... I just ran a little over 2 hrs in constant light drizzle and they stopped working a little over halfway through. I thought they were dead... but ever hopeful I let them dry thoroughly then plugged them in to charge. About 15 min later I was able to turn them on and it talked to me as usual... "battery 40%, connected to..." I left them charging but when I came back to check on progress an hour or so later, all lights were out and I can't turn it on. Will see if Bose will replace. Bottom line: great in dry weather, very sketchy when damp or wet!
Question:	When you are on a phone call, can the caller hear a noisy environment? i.e. People talking in the background, tv, radio, etc
