Question:	Are the bristles soft? I have thin fine hair and need volume
Answer:	Yes, the bristles are soft but I think a better description is that they are flexible. That's why they work so great on baby fine hair - they grasp the hair gently. So many of the other air brushes have very stiff, almost harsh bristles and they tear the hair and scratch your scalp. These don't. Have been using this air brush for years and have never had any problems with it. I just ordered another one as a back up - - just in case!

Answer:	No, this one doesn't. I bought it because I thought it did. I disagree with others. Maybe because my hair is thin and fine, but my hair never gets tangled in the rotating dryer/styler. I think they are the best. I'm disappointed because this is the size brush I wanted.

Answer:	Rufus must be a hair stylist because your hair should always be about 85% dry before you start to style whether you are using a blow dryer and brush or an all in one tool like this. The reason so many women find it difficult to achieve great styling results at home is because they start with their hair too wet. Professional hair stylist always dry the hair 80-85% before they start styling it, it not only saves you a lot of time and trouble, but if you don't dry the hair at the root before you start styling your hair will either go flat or get frizzy (depending on your hair type) within an hour.

Answer:	Using appliances abroad can be confusing. The plug configuration is different AND the voltage is different. Unless you have an appliance that has a voltage converter built in, you have to have an adapter that will do both, not just a plug shape converter.I bought a world wide voltage converter to plug it into. The larger diameter brush has a metal core that gets hot to the touch so it dries more quickly than the plastic brush. It takes me about 15 minutes to style and dry.

Answer:	It depends on what color you got as to what toxic ingredients/materials your brush contains. I would consult the nutritional information on the packaging. All brushes should come sealed in a stay fresh container. If your brush was not in a stay fresh container then it's not recommended that you consume it.

Answer:	The one point to consider is that the brush is quite large. If your hair is very short I'm not sure how you would build volume if you are unable to wrap brush around hair. I love this dryer but you may be better off looking at dryer brushes (and there are plenty) that are similar in size to a curling iron. At least you would have a chance of building volume. Cheers

Answer:	This same thing happened to me. Had it for 8 months and had just used it, maybe 12 times. I called the manufacturer (Amazon provides that information), told them what happened and they sent me a new one. I called on monday and today (friday) it came in. It took only 4 days!! :D Just make sure to have your dryer at hand when you call.

Answer:	I'm going to guess you might have wanted to know how much wattage this dryer has ie how much "blow power" it has. I looked high and low for this information because if this was going to be a styling tool with 4-500 watts of power it was going to take 5 days to dry my hair and I didn't want it. I finally found the information on a hardware store sight of all places and they listed the wattage as 1100 watts. That seems about right. It is quite powerful and dries my curly hair smooth and bouncy quite quickly as long as I do sections of hair at a time. I have no explanation why Revlon does not list the watts on the pamphlet or on the actual unit so no fault to Amazon. It might have been on the box but I've since thrown it away. Women need to know if there is a little stream of air blowing, a full force dryer or something in between. I'd say this is in between but blows really well. I love this and if you've been using other blow style round brushes this will be the best one you'll ever own. There is a great U tube video where a girl with a bob demonstrates how to use it and I found it very helpful, including how to hold the unit top and bottom and roll roll roll to get gorgeous results. In addition to the regular controls, there is a separate cool shot button you can press while using a hot setting that gives you a shot of cold air while you hold down the button (and when you release it, it goes back to hot).
Question:	How to remove the filter? Seems tight
Answer:	TWIST IT OFF ~ DO NOT SNAP IT OFF! I used a 'grip cloth' for opening jars and just TWISTED the filter cover to the LEFT; it came off easily. To put it back on securely repeat the steps, but TWIST it to the RIGHT. *There were no instructions and I considered 'snapping it off' as was suggested in one answer when I could not twist it off. DON'T = BREAKAGE!!!

Answer:	There are TWO nested pull-out in the support column (must pull out the top one to get the hood fully open!) Between them there are ten bump stops... A total adjustment of almost six inches with the hood fully open, and maybe 4 more if you don't mind the hood at an angle. It was not easy to pull the column open... Looking for a way to make it slide better. Silicon spray?
Question:	does this dryer dries the lower neck part of your hair
Answer:	If you sit under it long enough it will. I am AA with bra strap lenght hair and usually need about 75-90 min under the dryer. With this one I have been under for as long as two hours for a fully dry roller set. I wish I could tell you its a good buy but its not. I been roller setting my own hair since age 12 and this is the worst and loudest hood dryer I ever used. The very worst part is there really is no way to lock the hood in place. They have the flimsy plastic catch on the back and this dryer will collapse on your head at the slightest movement. It took me a while to master lowering the dryer down over my head with both hands up and behind my head to push the catch into place. Question:	How much noise does it make
Answer:	Honestly I don't remember. I was so upset that the hot air would not blow the bonnet up I took it off after trying several adjustments trying to get the hot air into the bonnet. I use medium size hair rollers and the bonnet was tight on my head, so I assume that was the reason the hot air would not circulate. If you use medium or larger rollers it really doesn't matter how much noise it makes it will not work for you. If it had a lot of noise though I would have remembered it. Sorry I wish I could have been more help. I returned the dryer immediately after purchasing it.

Answer:	It has a on/off switch on the side, but it is not an ionic hair dryer so no ION setting.
Question:	Is it ionic
Answer:	This bonnet hair dryer is not ionic. It does make your hair really soft and although I usually get static hair when using a hair dryer, this one does not create that. The only flaw is the poor hose to bonnet connection. You can’t move too much or the hose will disconnect easily.

Answer:	I'm not sure. I don't think you can replace it. But this product comes with a plastic cover that protects the brush so it won't get damaged. I rarely use this product because it doesn't give me much volume at all.

Answer:	I absolutely love this styler and wish I'd found it sooner. I have short-ish (bob) very fine hair, and it used to be very curly. It makes my hair feel full, with lots of volume and straightens out the frizz. Because the roller brush has short soft bristles, there's hardly any pulling or tugging out of hair. If you buy it, make sure you keep the protective plastic piece around the brush when it's stored away so the bristles don't bend.

Answer:	I purchased this hair dryer and returned because it was too loud. To me it sounded like I might have gotten a damaged dryer. Instead I bought the conair 1875 ionic lightweight dryer, which is not as loud and doesn't sound like its malfunctioning. The 1875 lightweight works well. There is probably a quieter version of a hair dryer, just don't know which one. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm not sure about straight hair. I have fine wavy hair and it's find for me. Doesn't leave my hair flat.

Answer:	The barrel of the round brush attachment is a bit over 1 1-4”, with the bristles sticking out to about 1 3/4

Answer:	i think it was an inch..but it was too big for my hair....the bristles make it bigger....had to return it

Answer:	I think so.My hair is about 2 to 5 inches long—fine and straight. It works great.

Answer:	I used it once, and it was terrible. It never got hot enough to do anything to my thick-ish, wavy blonde hair. I donated it after I tried heating it up a second time with the same results. I would find a different mini tool.

დFor smooth blowouts, place ionic hair brush close to the roots and brush down toward the ends.
