Answer:	It does not do this during a run. But after you have save the activity to Garmin connect or Strava you will see the elevation.

Answer:	Swimming is on the activity list. Although surfing is far more challenging.!!

Answer:	It depends. Using the GPS you can track the distance in the bike but I am not sure with the elliptical. Without the use of the GPS (inside the house), the track of the activities is totally dependent on the movement of the hand where the watch is. If the sport implies not moving that hand, then there is no tracking. If the movement of the hands is natural, the tracking is very precise.

Answer:	This watch measures your movement using GPS, so once it connects to GPS (you need to be outside) it will record and display how fast you are moving and how far you have gone, and your average pace and average pace for the previous mile, and it will record your coordinates. I've been using the watch for two weeks to track walking and jogging in a city. I've found it most helpful to look at the data output in Runkeeper after syncing the watch on my laptop (it's quick/automatic to pass the activities to Runkeeper) because it gives the same detailed output that app normally generates (map view, speed and elevation charts, average pace, average pace for each mile).

Pushing the right lower button to turn on the S1 watch, sync it with your smart phone through the Bluetooth on your phone. After installing Runtopia App, enter “Me” page, click “Devices&Gadgets”, choose “Runtopia S1” to get started. In addition, you can charge the watch by plugging in the magnetic charging cable at the back. Also, the watch’s AGPS will be automatically upgraded once the sync has been done

Step 2

Clicking upper button on your right to enter menu. You can slide your finger in order to switch functions. Choose “Exercise”, entering “Outdoor Runs”. After this, the GPS will start connecting automatically. Sometimes the GPS sync is relatively slow because of a bad weather. Also, it will also be affected by high-rise buildings. Please stay put until it has been connected

Step 3

After exercises, entering the “Exercise menu”, and choose ”Log Book” to view all saved workout results on the watch itself. Question:	If using the chest strap, does the watch automatically use the data from the chest strap
Answer:	In my experience, this watch does not communicate with the sensor attached to the chest strap, so is not a solution. I bought another polar, the F1, which works with the transmitter attached to the chest strap and use it in the other hand. The M430 does not acknowledge the HR beating during the first 8 minutes. From that moment on it goes at similar levels than the F1. I have observed this behavior several times and it is always the same. Why? Don t know.

Answer:	Yes, it has a blue backlight.
Question:	What is the actual battery life? Do you need to plug it in every 12-24 hours
Answer:	I'm getting a full week on a charge, using the GPS and HR functions about an hour a day on average, and wearing it the rest of the time.
Question:	is it compatible to h10 sensor
Answer:	Yes I use mine with a H10. If you use a heart rate strap sensor the built in one turns off and the watch battery lasts longer.

Answer:	Leave them in sack, fill tray to line, put humidifier face down in distilled water for 10 minutes. Remove humidifier from tray dry off and put in humidor.
