Answer:	I believe it's made in China, India, and possibly UAE from what I read. I ordered/got it and it looked used, so sent it back (greasy, scratched, hair, dust, definitely Not New). Vendor said they all look like that. Only 1 year warranty and you have to dig that up, supposed to register it, and in my case, registration was totally in Chinese. I surmise that Bosch Germany has allowed other countries to manufacture and sell certain pieces under their brand. Bosch, over years, is known as an outstanding brand. I bought DeWalt's gyroscopic 8V Max cordless.

Answer:	At great personal risk I am going to weigh on this one with my three cents. So, I two (sorry, little joke there) was curious about a 2-circuit light socket. I mean, why complicate sumpin pretty simple. Then I had an "dooh" moment. It means that the switch can power another bulb (socket sold separately). I know, I know, "what th'". Imagine a table or floor lamp that has not one but TWO lightbulb sockets. And you want one switch to control both sockets (and bulbs therein). Et voila...the 2-circuit socket (say that three times fast...on second thought, don't) is born. Thus explains the "twice the light" glam. Yes? No? Meh?
