Answer:	I use this for personal use and it works great. I leave the unit plugged in all the time and it provides thick hot lather everyday. I would suggest you double the amount of soap... two capfuls instead of one for each tank full of water.

Answer:	I do not like this product especially for the price. I’m do not use it and am trying to sell it. The lather doesn’t last long enough to shave the nape of the neck. I have tried different solutions but no luck and it needs to be cleaned daily. I used it for 2 months. If you still want it I’ll give you a good deal. Lol.

Answer:	I have that problem when I cut the lather mix with water and forget to shake it to mix it. Shake it up and give it 10, you may get some that is thin but usually it is the water trapped in the pump.
