Answer:	This product just covers the back of your device. And also includes the option to hold a stylus.

Answer:	Yes it does. Perfectly. The case is pliable so if you somehow bend or peel the Case away at the corner the pencil might pop out but that is highly irregular. I have a space pen clip on the pen and given the slight extra width I don’t have any problems. The pencil holder has a hole one one end to pop the pencil out. No problems with pencil falling out unless pushed from behind. I have done multiple trade shows already without it popping or falling out.

Answer:	The dual polycarbonate/plastic (inner layer) and silicone (outer layer) make up the hybrid case. So what you are looking at is the hybrid (2 layer) OtterBox case.

Answer:	The outer case (the blue part) is rubber, but it's not the same as other OtterBoxes I've had - those were a much softer rubber. This one is hard - almost like a pliable plastic. It fits VERY snugly and feels much sturdier.
