Answer:	Mine haven’t molded and I use it 24/7, yes they are washable, I use em till they get ratty then grab another one, excellent value for the money.

Answer:	That depends on how wide your bottle is. It fits a Crystal Geyser non-carbonated one fine, but a little tight around the flavored sparkling ones. Still doable, just a little tight. And the sleeves are not tall enough to cover the whole bottle. I used them for carton milk for my kids to take to school to drink at lunch.
