Answer:	From my experience Adidas uses a different item number for the regular versus the wide. For example I have Adidas Traxion spikeless and item number EE9206 is regular width and EE9202 is wide. I have the wide and the tag on the shoe does NOT have a "W" but does have the EE9202 number. So check the box and the shoes and see if the item number matches. Also Adidas tends to run a bit narrow, so it's understandable to think they put the wrong shoe in the box!

Question:	The magnet keeps making my kindle sleep when I flip the cover to the back. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening
Answer:	If you bought it yourself (and especially on amazon), you should just look back at "my orders" on amazon. The item description should give you a clue. If you got the kindle as a gift, I would suggest you register the device on your amazon account. When you look under "my devices" on amazon, you should see a description of the device. Also, I think when you go on the kindle itself, look for the device's description in the menu. It should say there.
Question:	Will this work with Kindle 10 9th generation
Answer:	This Kindle Paperwhite case is book style. The Kindle Paperwhite will be perfectly fixed on the back cover, so it will not fall out when you open the front cover. Please note this case only fits Kindle Paperwhite 10th generation released in 2018(device size: 167 x 116 x 8.18 mm). Please confirm your Kindle model before placing an order.
Question:	My 2015 fire 10 has sd slot at the top left, is there an opening in the case for the sd card or does it matter sinc the slot is flush with the device
Answer:	All 4 of my corners chipped, with only one corner as a result of a drop to the table. This is a glaring design flaw or subpar materials for the case. All 3 cases I've purchased from three different vendors have the same flaw. I have not seen anyone offering alternatives as of 12/1/19.
Question:	Does this have a slot behind the card slots for cash/papers to go into like the other tablet cases I've seen

Question:	Am I mistaken or is the "carrying strap" on the inside of the case??? I don't get it
Answer:	I have an iPad Air 2 -- this case fits well and the protection is great, however there seems to be a little room to spare within the pocket and all of the holes seem to have generous openings. If your iPad's buttons and features are roughly in the same place you shouldn't have any trouble I wouldn't think.

Question:	Is there a hole on the back side of the cover to take pictures with the back camera? I can't figure that part out from the pictures
Answer:	I haven't gotten it to work in that position... I got a picture frame holder at Joann's and that works great.

Answer:	The weight is 1.36 pounds. This item shipped by itself should come in a padded envelope which practically doesn't weight anything so that could be why you are seeing the same weight for both the item and shipping weight. I hope this answer helped!
